History

Established in 2005.

Boulder Quest Center (BQC) is a licensed Stephen K. Hayes school and is part of the international organization headquartered in Dayton, OH. We offer the benefits of the martial arts and mind sciences taught by Black Belt Hall of Fame master instructor Stephen K. Hayes, the original American ninja. To-​Shin Do ® training focuses on the technologies that will allow you to evolve into a tatsujin – a fully actualized human being operating effectively in all areas of your life.

You will find our school an uplifting place to spend time with friends who share your commitment to personal advancement. Our instructors are dedicated to helping you discover your own insights into personal power, resourcefulness, broad vision, peace of mind, and happiness.

Mary opened BQC as a way to bring the benefits of embodied empowerment education to the Boulder community. As a student of the martial art, she realized first hand that this practice transforms individuals, families, and communities.

Mary is proud to be living fully and freely as an empowered, educated woman with her own business bringing her inspiration and dream to the world. She loves nothing more than to share that power and knowledge with others, especially women finding their own way to power and dream manifestation.
