I called to have an arrangement made for a dear friend’s funeral. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me on the phone because she was great. She was attentive and made some very helpful suggestions, and said she would make the arrangement herself. I wasn’t able to attend the funeral but a friend sent a photo of the arrangement and it was beautiful… everything I had hoped for. I really appreciate these guys.

My dear friend lost her husband and I couldn’t be there. I wanted a florist that I could speak to and express what I wanted in an arrangement. You delivered the perfect expression of my sentiments. My girlfriend was so touched by the flowers that she took pictures and sent them to me. Thank you for doing what you said you would do, doing it when you said you would, and doing it so beautifully. Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.

The website has great gifts and flowers for purchase. However it is lacking some very important pieces of information before approving check out. First there is a $ 35 minimum for delivery. I’m not sure why the system allowed me to progress if there is a minimum I didn’t meet… I would have added more or decided not go forward with the purchase. Also if you are not delivering to a «free» delivery area (which is basically just the dorms on campus, not any of the faculty offices) then it’s an $ 11.99 delivery fee. Ultimately for me, spending almost $ 50 on chocolate was a little expensive so I cancelled my order when they called to tell me of these two «issues» with my order. Would have been nice to know this before checking out as now I have to wait for my refund.

I forgot to order our lapel flowers for our wedding, and they were able to make 3 for me 24 hours before the ceremony and they. Were. Perfect. We asked for succulents and they made them beautiful with rosemary and mint leaves and other plants. I couldn’t have been more happy. They were so kind about a quick pick up and turn around as well.

I picked Boulder Bloom because they were local. Unfortunately, I had pretty bad experience with them. The flowers were delivered one day late and with no apologies. When asked about the delay, the casual response was «Oh the business was closed». Of course, if you try to deliver at a business after business hours, it will be closed. It’s not about the lack of service, but it’s the attitude that was unacceptable. Sorry, but good luck with your business.

I used Boulder Blooms (working mostly with Brittany) for my wedding flowers and they truly could not have been more beautiful. I do not know flowers very well, but Brittany was able to take my vague suggestions of my vision and somehow turn them into exactly what I wanted. My experience with Boulder Blooms was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone — wedding or otherwise.
My husband has also gotten me several arrangements from Boulder Blooms, and those have all been beautiful and long-​lasting. It’s great that if you bring back the vase, they’ll give you $ 5 towards your next flower order!

We used Boulder Blooms for our wedding bouquets. They turned out fine, but there were some problems with communication. I had a phone consultation with Brittany (we were out of state), and we discussed that my bouquet would be mostly purple with pops of green, no white. I asked for purple dahlias and purple calla lilies as well as succulents. For the bridesmaids I wanted more white flowers. When Brittany later typed up the formulas, the bridal bouquet was very different from what we had discussed. It now included orchids, white/​purple callas, and other white flowers. We had to email back and forth a bit to correct the errors, and we were assured that it was fixed. Brittany also said she would call us 2 days prior to the wedding to go over the flowers (based on what was available at market). She never called, and when I called her the day before the wedding, the formulas were still off. On the day of the wedding, we found the bridal bouquet to contain big white mums, orchids, and white/​purple callas. They were able to remove the white mums and orchids (though I believe we were charged for them), and it was okay, but again it was not what we had discussed. I attempted to talk to the staff about the problem after the wedding, but no one really rectified the problem for us. I also feel the price was on the high end for what we got. I realize that there is a lot of upcharging in wedding flowers, but I think at the very least they should be providing the customer with what was discussed in consultation, and that they should do a better job communicating and ensuring that changes are made.

This is one of few florists that do not contracted with FTD and the only one I can trust.
Since I live in Utah, I had hard time to order flowers to my high standard Asian mother but she does approve the flowers from here.
I ordered flowers here couple times and the flowers actually looks like the one on their website. They used to deliver to Longmont but not anymore. The price starts at $ 35.
Actually, I never been to the store! I do all the orders over the phone or their website. I never had a single problem with them. The staffs are always friendly over the phone.

I ordered a floral arrangement via telephone at approximately 9:30 AM on a Tuesday morning. I needed it delivered by noon and was assured it would be. It was there by 10:45 AM. The service was excellent, the flowers were beautiful, but I believe they were a little to pricey.

Five stars are not enough for Boulder Blooms. When I called in a flower order from out of state, the woman who took my order was cheerful, professional and a big help. Due to circumstances beyond their control, the flowers could not be delivered the day they were supposed to. They called to let me know and that they would try again. It took three days, but through their persistence they were finally able to deliver the arrangement. It actually worked out better to have the recipient receive them three days later; the timing turned out to be perfect. The recipient said the flowers were beautiful — more than two days after the arrangement was made. There is a reason Boulder Blooms has a straight five star rating. I hope they read this. I can’t thank them enough.

I am a daughter-​in-​law to a really awesome family who live half a country away from me. For my mother-in-law’s birthday, I wanted to send some flowers to remind her we’re thinking of her, and I found the perfect arrangement on the website, and ordered right away.
Since I ordered early, I called to make sure everything was set up, and a lovely woman assured me it was all set up.
Today, I got a call telling me that my mother-​in-​law was not home when the flowers were delivered, so they called her and set up for her to pick them up from a neighbor! This was an extra step which I was not expecting and which put them over into the amazing category. They not only made sure she’d get them, but they called me to let me know it was all set up! As a chronic worrier, I will be sure to go with Boulder Blooms for all my flower needs in Boulder!

I’m an idiot boy who’s prone to making his girlfriend angry. Thank the gods for Boulder Blooms.
The staff was extremely helpful and explained to me what I was getting very clearly. I don’t know much about flowers, to be honest, but the quality of their service was apparent. The prices were very reasonable (I purchased a creative, eclectic arrangement to improve the mood of a very picky, angry woman) and their delivery service was spot on.
Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

We were so pleased with the service that Boulder Blooms provided us during our wedding this past August. The flowers were so fresh and amazing — we just loved them. The Boulder Blooms staff were able to see our vision for the centerpieces with just one short meeting and when I saw the reception hall during the wedding I cried — everything was just perfect! I didn’t know much about which flowers I wanted to have, but they had great recommendations and walked me through what my options were that would keep me within our budget. And even though we were organizing our wedding from out of town (we live in California) Boulder Blooms did great at providing images of the flowers through email and walking us through the options over the phone.
Again, they did such a great job!
