I visited the salon today to get a mani-​pedi. I was very disappointed with their customer service. They worked way too fast on me and my family, desperate to get us out of the store. In addition to that, they sprayed hot water on my mother, cut my grandma and made her bleed, and created a hang nail and pulled off skin a huge chunk of skin! The pedicure wasn’t even relaxing but it hurt! When I got my gel manicure, they had the LED light set to a temperature way too high that made my finger nails burn! Not a good experience but an okay price. Although I didn’t like the way they did the job, my nails did somehow come out looking good still.

My review should simply be «This place sucks» but most people probably want more details. My friend and I made appointments for gel manicures and regular pedicures. We arrived early and they took us right away which is a plus. The women that worked on us barely said hello and hardly talked to us. Not even a thank you or goodbye at the end. I’m not saying we need to become BFFs, but a thank you and goodbye would be nice. When the finished they simply walked away. They finished our services in lightening speed despite us wanting to relax. Again, not like we want to move in to the place, but were out of there in 20 minutes. I guess that is a plus if you are in a rush and don’t want anyone to say a word to you. The girl doing my friend’s pedicure asked if she wanted her nails filed, cuticles done, and the massage. Those things are pretty standard. We also felt like the girls were talking about us the whole time. Awkward. At least be subtle and don’t look at us while talking or immediately after talking. My gel manicure turned out uneven and the edges are rough. We both agreed we won’t be going back. We could go someplace cheaper, with nice staff, and better services. Skip this place!!!

This is my favorite spa! It feels like a mini vacation everytime and the staff is AMAZING. The owner, Regina, is lovely and treats everyone who was in like a Queen. And prices are great. Quality is even better. Definitely recommended.

All the manicurists are wonderful, funny and very personable. This is an experience not just a service. Excellent service and great prices. Try this salon you will not be disappointed!

Disappointed with my recent visit. Have been coming here for quite some time now and I always get the same packages and I like to rotate my gel polish colors. I was disappointed because the manicurist who did my nails missed a step in the process. After peeling off my old gel color and cleaning my cuticles, my natural nails looked scratched up. He applied the color immediately on my nails which was off because from what I usually have, there should be a top coat, or a nail strengthener coat to kind of smoothen my nails. After applying the color of the polish he just kept packing it on, and it created little bumps on the color and it did not look smooth at all. I asked him why it occurred maybe it’s the polish color. And he just said it is under the polish. So he tried to buff it out and apply more layers to my nails. You can clearly see the uneven strokes and bumps in the nails. If I’m paying a lot to get my nails done, I would at least expect it to look better than how I would do it at home.
On the bright side, the lady who did my pedicure was great. My French tips look great!

I would definitely not recommended going here for eyelash extensions! I get my eyelashes done regularly every 2 weeks. This was my first time trying this place out and after getting them done 10 hours later I had an allergic reaction. Called the manager and told him what was going on and that I needed them taken off. He told me come tomorrow and that he wouldn’t refund my money. This place obviously doesn’t care about their customers well being only about money ! Thanks to getting my lashes done here I owe Medical bills and I have to stay home from work.

Still absolutely love this place still even after 3 years of coming here. Every time I am here I am treated like royalty.
Regina (owner) was smart and got a liqueur license allowing for the salon to now serve wine, campaign and mimosas. It makes your beauty day that much better. I love taking sometime for myself and coming in to get my nails done.
All of her staff is hilarious and love to laugh. If I have ever a issue or don’t feel 100% satisfied even a couple days after my service, I am sure to go back and in and explain my concerns. They always are quick to fix any issues and happy to do so. To many people go into nail salons and walk out unhappy, well if you don’t say anything how is it ever going to be fix.
These people are here to make you feel beautiful, help them to understand exactly what you want and what you are expecting from your services.

Awesome Mani/​Pedi. This place is beautiful, relaxing, and has great service. The staff was very friendly. Looks like I’ve found a new nail salon :)

I went on a Friday around 2 without an appointment but I was helped right away. I only went in for re-​shaping my acrylics but somehow left with a fill-​in. I barely got this set a week before so I didn’t think I needed a fill-​in but they insisted on doing it anyway. Now, looking at my nails almost a week after, I do see new growth so I guess they were right about that. The person doing my nails didn’t seem too happy while she was working and she cut me many, many times. I have never been in so much pain at the nail salon. It took 3 days for my fingers to stop hurting.

I am super sad to have spent over $ 150 in two visits to discover fungus on one of my nails. From the position of it, it looks like it happened on the first set I had put on there. I had a fill done a week ago and the manicurist said nothing about it when she did the fill. I saw a dark spot (through red gel polish) and decided I should remove my acrylic nail to be safe and there it was as clear as day fungus. So disappointed… needless to say I won’t be going back… clean your tools!

I’ve only been here a few times (both when its slow, and when its really busy) but my experience has always been great!
–The first time I came here was with my boyfriend in october. We were the only ones there I got a gel manicure and I had him get a pedicure. Both of the ladies were really friendly and actually made conversations with us.
–The second time I came was a few weeks ago with my friend. They were super busy, every chair looked filled, so I expected them to tell me that I would have to wait a long time and to come back later, because thats what i’ve gotten from other nail salons in the past. Nope, he told me to have a seat and he would be right with me. About five minutes later he sat me down and a chair. My friend wasn’t getting hers done she just came with me and he pulled up a chair for her.
Then he came and offered both of us free drinks (wine, champagne, tea, coffee, water). I thought it was really nice that he offered my friend something too when she wasn’t even getting anything done!
Then the lady came to do my nails. She wasn’t exactly the friendliest one. She did a good job but she seemed annoyed when she got there, the only time i saw her smile was when she got her tip. Everyone else seemed nice though. I saw one of the employees dealing with a rude lady, she was trying to help her put the sandals on and the lady was kind of yelling at her and giving her attitude but the employee just smiled and kept trying to help.

Last time I will ever visit this place again! I had my gel manicure done by a new male manicurist who insisted on taking my old gel polish off with the electrical filing brush. I explained how this weakens the nail and he continued due to his lack of understanding.
Over priced! Hate being harassed in getting upgrades in services!
These new manicurists should ask the client if we want them to be filed manually or use the electrical filing brush!!!

$ 30 for regular mani/​pedi includes drink and a snack.
Not that bad I suppose as I’m used to paying $ 25. BUT I feel a bit cheated… Seemed really quick. No one waiting either!
They start you right away. You pick colors while at the chair… They bring you the samples.
Would I go out of my way for this place… No.
I just happen to be in the area and had time to kill

I usually love this place. Unfortunately today will be the last day I come. I had both my feet and hands done. I wanted them to match. The woman said we do not have the same colors. They most certainly did just not the same brand (I didn’t care) she ended up using a pink white color. I was real hesitant about it. The woman doing my nails tells me after their done she doesn’t like them. So I ask if I can get a different color. The woman doing my toes comes back upset, & says she’s going to charge me more? Then she begins to talk in another language. You mean to tell me ALL those polishes they have are going to cost them to lose money because I ask for a simple change.
Very upset, I wasn’t mad. I was polite about it. Tired of coming to nail salons and the workers talk in a different language. There is a location in Orange that I’ll be going back to now. They are great just live a little far. But I’m willing to drive because they have the rule for their workers no conversation in their language and no cell phones. Thanks for my last experience there. So disappointed

My recent visit was quite a disappointment.
It’s really frustrating the lack of communication due to the language barrier so it causes me to pay a lot to not get the design I had it mind. I even showed a picture of what I wanted and explain many times, but that still did not help the technician.
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for the past year and don’t think I will be back. Especially if they are going to charge full price when I got ³⁄₁₀ gel removals and full price for a super easy design.

I was pleasantly surprised coming here. It not only looks nice but it feels nice to be a customer there. I paid $ 55 for my gel manicure and pedicure (normal). They give you a little menu of the upgrades you may want as they begin their service, NOT during their service like at other salons. They have many colors to choose from for gel. Probably like 100 different colors.
I actually didn’t realize they closed at 5pm on Sunday and we were half way done w my manicure at 510pm. I felt really bad and thought she was gonna have to rush which would result in a sloppier job, but she actually was even more careful after I apologize for her having to stay longer and did an excellent job. Didn’t feel rushed at all. I was actually wanting her to skip the massage so she can go home lol
Any who, I will be back here for sure.
BTW did I mention they offer FREE champagne, wine, mimosa, water, tea. Coffee???

I came in with with my man for an 11:15 am Mani pedi appointment and was done by 11:45. It was a quick and well done.
The receptionist was kind and very welcoming directing us to our stations at 11 and 12.
I brought my own nail base polish and top coat (opi infinite shine) since I the basic one seem to chip off easier on me. I’m horrible at painting them myself and it always seem to be either thick or uneven. Thankfully here they did a great job.
I understand that this place is not only a service spa but also a business. The lady doing my man only offered once to upgrade his services once and after I said no she diddnt pressure me any more. Sometimes I’d rather tip better for a good service than upgrade. Kudos for no pressure. Kudos for the hustle.
The place is kept clean and neat. I really liked how they wrapped the pedi bowls in plastic which made me believe it’s a little more sanitary. I’ll come back for that for sure. The place smelled good and well decorated.

Came here as walk ins with my friend who lives near by and had a great first experience here (and got some very pretty designs on her toes). The salon is very nice, clean with nice chairs for pedicures.
Unfortunately right off the bat we didn’t have a stellar experience. I just wanted a regular manicure because my nails are dry and brittle from previous gel manicures. My friend wanted gel but asked to not include the massage and lotion due to her sensitive skin. The two people doing our nails looked at each other with annoyed looks, said something in Vietnamese that was clearly about my not spending the money for gel and her not wanting the massage. They were very accommodating for her though and gave her these cool slip on glove things so her skin wouldn’t get irritated by anything.
My manicure turned out pretty well. The lady didn’t ask me how I wanted them filed or anything but she didn’t try to upsell me on anything either. Once she quickly finished my manicure she had to go do someone else’s pedicure (which wasn’t her fault, it was the manager’s) so she basically left me sitting in the chair with no fan or anyway of drying my nails or way to tell when they were dry really. Then the manager/​guy at the front desk was pointing at us and and asking the lady who had done my nails something. It was all around just kind of uncomfortable.
It’s 3 days later now and I only have one small chip on my left thumb which is way longer than they usually last when I do them myself and the price is extremely reasonable at $ 12 (it was $ 20 for gel for my friend without all the extras). I won’t go out of my way to go back here but it’s also not even remotely the worst experience I’ve had. They might have just been having an off day and I think if you found a nail technician you liked and made an appointment with them it would have been a better experience. Many of the staff seemed very friendly and had a lot of regulars.

I had a intricate design and a picture of the nails I wanted. When I first walked into the store I had this lady that refused to do my nails, she told me the design I wanted used powder and that wasn’t what she worked with. I was a tad bummed out, however Holly decided to work on my nails.
Though my nails came out nothing like the photo I gave her my nails looked nice! The price are pretty reasonable as well, I got gel nails with a design on each nail for $ 30 with Holly. I would say Holly is pretty artistic, she did such a pretty flower design on my nails. Not only was she gentle and intricate she was quick. I was out of there in about 30 minutes.
I would come here again. They have a promotion right now going on where if you spend over $ 30 you get $ 5 off.
