We specialize in family portraits (newborns, babies, children, engagement, family, holiday, special event).

We go on location anywhere within the greater Orange County as well as Laguna Beach (as weather permits). The session can be held outside or in your very own home (best for newborn portraits).

We also have a studio located in Brea, CA. Behind Jamba Juice and Lascari’s inside Buttons and Bows Baby Boutique. It is set up mostly for family, children and baby portraits. All other sessions (engagement, HS senior, Newborns) are typically on location though not required.

It is a fun relaxed environment where we get posed and candid shots. Unlike other studios you even have the option to purchase the image disc at a reasonable price.

History

Established in 2003.

Amber’s (photographer) passion for photography started as a child. Illuminated Photography began when Amber was in college. When in college she took all the classes available at California State University Fullerton for photography and graphic design. Then went on to graduate with a bachelors degree in Advertising Design. Her passion and talent grew thus the start of Illuminated Photography.

Amber now enjoys capturing the natural beauty of the life God has given us. She wants to help you illuminate the present for future generations.

I’ve learned how to capture both at the same time and then share it with the world. I love grabbing hold of those key moments in life that you never want to forget, from pregnancy to first steps; graduation to your daughter’s wedding day. Every part of life is special and I want help you and your family hold on to it forever.
