Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit Parks Properties on Yelp. I began my journey in real estate by obtaining my license in 2004, from which I began my own mortgage company. After a few short years I realized that my true passion was no longer in lending, but in real estate and the joy I received from enabling friends, family, and referrals to find their home or investment opportunities. In 2007 I closed my mortgage company and established myself as a REALTOR and property manager. I have found that with my background in not only buying and selling homes, but in lending as well that I am able to present you with a vast knowledge of real estate and lending strategies. It is my belief that when buying or selling your home or investment it is important to think about not only the here and now, but the future as well, which is why the overall picture is greatly important. It is my hope that I can assist you in optimizing your investment portfolio in the Bay Area.
