Our office is centrally located in Castro Valley, so properties are within a short drive. Our network of contractors provides regular maintenance, as well as rapid emergency response.

Due to volume of work and long term relationships, our contractor costs are low, and we pass on these savings to the property owners to increase their ROI.

Our real estate sales division has been serving Greater East Bay and Tri Valley real estate clients for over 30 years. We provide sales and marketing expertise for property owners for both commercial and residential sales.

Our commercial department provides services for owners of apartments, industrial & commercial properties.

Residential department handles single family homes and multi-​unit residential properties.

We have experience and can provide assistance with 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

History

Established in 1956.

Established in 1956, originally ran by father and son team of Lon Adams & Barny Adams. In 1984 Max Morris joined the company, and on Jan 10, 1985, they formed Adams, Adams & Morris, Inc.

Max Morris used his experience to expand the commercial, investment and property management side of the business.

After Lon and Barny Adams retired, Max Morris continues to run Adams, Adams & Morris, Inc.
