Land-O-Fun

After growing tired of same old Chuck-​E-​Cheese when I need an indoor distraction for my five year old son, I found Land-​O-​Fun on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did! My son loves this place. It is not as big as chuck e cheese, but they do have a lot of fun things for the kids on the floor. I’m also glad it’s not a tremendous place so I don’t have to worry about my son getting lost. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They have these really fun bumper cars for the kids that are not like standard bumper cars. They spin around to the music and the kids love it. The cannon ball room is fun too! They have a children’s bowling alley, table air hockey, and other standard arcades and games for kids. You will need to spend at least $ 20.00 in tokens to keep your child busy for 30 – 40 minutes on the games. The prize tickets are sort of a letdown. We won the jackpot on one of the arcade games and ended up with about 300 tickets at the end of the day, only to discover that it takes 1000+ tickets to redeem any of the prizes bigger than a little sticker. So don’t let your child get too excited about redeeming a worthwhile prize unless you have A TON of tickets, literally. The bumper cars and cannon ball room is $ 8.00 each entry (that is $ 16 for both) on top of admission. So it is a bit pricey but it’s a nice place and fun for the kids. They also have a fast food /​snacks counter which I have not tried yet. Overall it’s a great indoor attraction for a bad weather day when you need something fun to do with the kids.

Highly recommended place! Very clean and staff is absolutely wonderful! Had my daughters 6^th party there and she absolutely loved it. Had our personal room which had catering and cater staff was very fast, respectful and professional at what he did. Girl for the party had all 20 kids under great supervision and control. My package included spa, cannon balls, bumper cars, disco, and much more and it was one of the best places I’ve done her party at. All of the staff members were very professional especially the management which provided me with all the information I asked. Prices are deffinatley worth the spending! 100% recommend this party place, the cleanest, most professional and absolutely the most fun and adventurous time.

Wow! Had our twins One Year Birthday Party and the staff and place was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you to the staff of Land O Fun for making it a memorable occasion for our family. Keep up the great work.

Been to land o fun a couple times and every time I am there most of the machines are broken or break during use and my son ends up crying, also the entry fee that you pay does not include the bumper cars or anything else they have inside (besides the jungle gym)

This place is overpriced trust me never go here, go to kids n action ! I payed $ 16 for the smallest soft play and bumpers the aracade games are seperate pay, so is the salon .For a makeup and nails it cost $ 8-​$ 11. At least the cannon balls and bumpers cars are fun. cannon balls cost $ 8 and bumpers cars cost $ 6 too much ! Never have a bday here I bet it just as bad !

Your kids will have a blast at this place; face painting, games and bumper cars! Really what more can any kid ask for? Hot Pizza, Balloons also the party rooms are very festive with beautiful air conditioning. The build bear station for the kids is really nice. The area is a bit hard on street parking, but there is valet service provided by the land of fun folks.

Had an invite to a birthday party. Don’t have kids of my own, however, i am a kid at heart.
We didn’t have to pay entrance fee, and food was provided to is by hosts. We spent $ 20 on games. Had an absolute blast. The go card were $ 6 per person, and even though it didn’t last long, we had a great time.
The boys and girls working there were very friendly, quick, and eager to help. (Except for the lady that gives out gifts for the tickets. She had an attitude problem.)
Every time the equipment malfunctioned and ate our money, without letting us play, the staff member refunded us. (He did seemed a little annoyed by us, but if i had his job, i would be too)

May 2015 we had my Son’s 4^th Bday party at Land-​O-​Fun.
Before coming to my Son’s bday party, I’ve thought a great deal of this place and thought it somewhat affordable and organized.
However!
This place is OVERPRICED! — NOT Worth the Money!
Party for 8 kids and 7 adults with only Water, Juice, Coffee, Deserts and Pizza shouldn’t cost $ 900 –Seriously WTH???
This is not upscale Restaraunt!
Also, Managment is in need of Leadership and People skills improved ASAP.
Extremely disappointed and WILL NOT recommend OverPaying for this place.

Always wanted to see what it was about. Very disappointed. $ 16 to get in. I asked if there was a tokens deal, NO. Thought I was putting a $ 20 into a change machine and ended up getting $ 20 of tokens … Fine. But then we go to play a game and all the games are 4 tokens EACH! $ 1 to play wacamole with a 5 yr old. No thanks. $ 8 to use the cannons, looked about 10minutes per session. The «bumper cars» are $ 6 each it’s very tiny and lasted like 3 minutes.
Space is very clean, they have a lot of food options and an array of prizes for your tokens, haven’t cashed anything in to see if it’s worth the $ 20 for the 100 tickets we have.
Over all, I would rather go to Kids n Action for $ 15 the roller coaster, train and go carts are included as well as the GIANT play area. They might have less food options (there pizza is amazing, for kosher) and their prizes suck but it 1 token per game so $ 20 can last me the whole day.

Pros:
The place is nice and clean, the staff (girls and boys) are very nice and helpful.
Cons:
Extremely expensive and the owners are soo cheap! Charge exorbitant amount of money, give only a few tokens and then, after you spend tons of money to buy additional tokens, the kids get a 10c toy. Ridiculous and extremely disappointing.
Needless to say, won’t be throwing a party there again.

Simply putting it, it’s okay. Needs many improvements. Businesses don’t just become great over night. This business can grow even with it’s hard to drive around locations. They offer valet service to cover that issue. But it also created a smokers front from the employees and visitors. Hard to go to a place for kids to enjoy time. I also mentioned it to the owners who didn’t seem to wanna do anything about it. The place is filled with kids rides and activities. Makeup stations. Ans party rooms. All little kids would enjoy. Ans if the owners are smart to find those things that can make them become a famous «chuckECheese» it can. Especially with no compition near by. But if they don’t they I am promise someone else will open up soon. Best of luck!

Came here for the first time with my 15 month old daughter after friends kept inviting me. I am glad I finally gave in.
The place is huge and has many private rooms for kids birthdays. They were so busy the day I came that there was no parking for blocks. Luckily I found one quickly.
They do open play for kids for $ 15. If your kid is a bit older it is definitely worth it there is endless fun there for 2.5+ year old children. For my baby girl there was limited things to do so we were pretty much done after 40 minutes.
I will definitely be taking her here 4 – 5 times a month to add some variety to her routine and let her play and interact with others.

Expensive!!! The entrance is 15 $ per child and the machines are 4 tokens (=1 $) and up for each, and they have many of them… I came with three kids so you can imagine how much I have to spend.
Other than that they have the bumper cars and cotton balls shooting thing which you have to pay separate:(
I would come here only on days that I’m really don’t know what to do with the kids.
Unfortunately, It is very hard to find indoor places for kids in Brooklyn… wish to have more options and not too expensive.
Birthday party packages are also expensive,
The cheapest one doesn’t include any of the activities they have except of the gymnastics play and even the most expensive doesn’t include the bumper cars or a few tokens for the kids who came to the party:/
Another disadvantage is the parking– the place is in the worst location.

Very expensive to get in. Couldn’t find parking. Valet refused to park my car. «They were leaving soon» food and candy was over priced and stale. Place is mostly filled with pointless actives. Whatever actives there are, have to be paid with tokens and there valued at .25 cents each token. Anything terrible game you want to play is a minimum of 4 token. $ 1 per play. Place could be fun if you rent it for your own private party but play area for kids under 3 is very small and always packed. So good luck.

Great place for children and even more of a nicer place for parents since they get to rest :-)
