The owner Tony and his staff are the best in the business as far as I’m concerned. The owner is a straight shooter and practically a savant at designing beautiful custom jewelry. My fiancé gets compliments from strangers on her custom ring almost every day! Bravo Tony and Gold Creations!

Tony and his team are five star and then some. His knowledge and experience is exceptional. Gold Creations is welcoming without any pressure. He helped me design a ring for my fiancée that was truly unique. I will never shop anywhere else anymore for jewelry! Thank you!!!

I had two pieces of jewelry custom made, nothing elaborate. The first was not exactly what I wanted but wasn’t bad. I spent around $ 500.00 dollars to have the gold melted down and turned into a bracelet. The second piece was a medal that I wanted embedded in silver and turned into a bracelet. This was a two year process because I did not like what they had done to the medal and no one called me the third time to tell me the work was completed.
The original bracelets closure was too difficult to handle for one person so I went back to the store to see if the could chage the closure. I also checked to see if they still had my medal and was going to buy a pair of earring while I was there. The female sales associate was very accommodating and wanted to be helpful. I explained that I wanted to have the closure changed and I also was very suprised at the price of the medal, just under $ 450.00 and it still was not what I wanted. I questioned the price as I had only spent 500.00 on the previous bracelet and it was more work. There was something wrong with what I was being charged and again, it was not what I wanted.
The store owner who’s name I believe was Tony came over and was incredibly rude. I will except the fact that this was a two year process and I should have followed thru on my end as well however there was no need to be rude. He was completely put out by my presence and when questioned he made some reference to the tires on his car. I had never been spoken to the way this store owner spoke to me, could the fact that I am a minority have something to do with it? Was it that I was not wearing an expensive coat, I had my late fathers winter jacket on because it has special meaning.
This store owners lack of professionalism and incredible rudeness made me want to get out of that store as quickly as possible. I paid the outragous charge for the medal, took back the bracelet I wanted to have fixed and decided not to buy any earrings. He clearly needed the money more than I did so I paid and left and willmnever return to Gold Creations!
My job consist of running a $ 115 million dollar business and service and satisfaction is important to me. Clearly not the case at Gold Creation.

I walked into this store with the intention of looking at engagement rings. One customer was in front of some of the rings, which I wasn’t too interested in and there was another FAMILY spread out across the rest of the other jewelry cases. There were two customers who were guys slouching around on the chairs and their other 3 family members hoover over the rest of the counter. They had trays out and were looking from them, but the sales representative didn’t do anything to move them, so I could see some rings. The sales representative didn’t even bother to say hi to me either. With that, I checked out and will never return to Gold Creations. Better luck to whoever goes there.
