I lost my engagement ring so in the process of working with our insurance company, my husband and I went to Jared looking for a replacement. After looking at a few other places first, I felt like the type of ring I wanted would not be within our budget and I would be settling for something else. The staff at Jared listened to my explanation of my «dream ring» and made me feel like anything was possible.
Michelle is the manager who we spent the most time working with and she is so down to earth and friendly. She was more than willing to work with us on the insurance end of it all which I know was a hassle. Sarah is the salesperson who helped us and she was incredibly knowledgable and great at her job. She took the time to teach me so much about diamonds! And seemed to really enjoy doing it.
We decided to design a custom ring and the entire process was more than pleasant. And my ring is gorgeous! I’ve had it for less than two weeks and I’ve already received countless compliments on it. I was even a total pain in the butt customer and had them redo the design at one point throughout the process. They made me feel so comfortable with it even though I felt so bad. We worked with Michelle and Sarah the most, but really the entire staff was so friendly with each visit we made during the process. Not to mention Bret, the jeweler, who had the artistic eye behind it all and drew up my vision. Amazing!
I am so happy that we chose Jared for my replacement ring. It truly was the staff who made our entire experience so great. Thank you Michelle, Sarah, and Bret for being so awesome! We will definitely be back.

Excellent service every time we go here. I had my wife’s ring custom made by a friend and they have replaced small diamonds that fell out and included a 6 month warranty after repair for ANY other diamond falling out. Very happy with Jared’s goldsmith.

You’ve simplified my life. You’ve made my decision easier. In the course of finding an engagement ring a guy gets overwhelmed with all of the jewelry stores and all the options. Round cut, oval cut, princess cut… why would you cut a princess?!? But I ramble. You see, I bought a small gift for my soon to be fiancé. You beat the competitions price by $ 15! What a deal… But you had to order it online. No fear, I planned ahead and had plenty of time to wait on shipping before St. Nick arrived. Upon gifting a small ring to my girlfriend we realized the wrong size ring was delivered, a 5 not 5.5. Yea though it had only been two fort night. The return period closed in and we returned to get the correct size. After an hour bickering about not wanting to pay for shipping when Jared sent the wrong size and still in the 30 day period you settled for resizing after threatening to return it, to which you said, «you can’t». Haha, I can stop the payment through my credit card!
The scar in gold will last forever. You see Jared, the hassle you put us through made my life easier. I can now skip your store when looking for an engagement ring.

I had the most fun EVER picking out a potential ring. The possibilities for customization were endless and Beth was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A few months after getting my ring I noticed the setting was a little loose and they fixed things and had my ring back to me in 2 hours. Impeccable service and a great experience every time.

I have been looking for an Omega watch that was recently discontinued, and after calling about 15 stores in Illinois and neighboring states, I was able to locate the watch at the Jared in Brookfield. Rather, Danielle was able to locate the watch in her system and have it transferred to her store from Ohio. She was very patient in working with me to confirm that this was the specific model I was looking for as there are various other models that are very similar but have different crystals, movements, etc. Danielle called me when it came in to confirm it was there so I knew I wasn’t wasting a 90 minute drive, and she was extremely pleasant to deal with.

Me and my partner stopped in to look at some promise rings, although they had a nice selection, the guy helping us was rude and made offensive remarks to us being gay. Grow up! Also the prices were vey high compared to other jewelers with the same product. We will never rerun to any Jared, period!

If I could, I would give Jared’s a negative 5 star review.
I have been shopping with Jared’s for over 7 years and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with them. All of my rings, necklaces, and bracelets have come from Jared’s. I have been coming back to Jared’s, despite my poor experiences, solely due to the fact that they always claim to be the best and that their quality is superior to their competitors, including their sister companies. Twice a year I have to bring my jewelry in for their insurance inspection and the instant one of their sales associates finds out I am just there for an inspection and not to purchase, I get a rude, cold shoulder. Their attitude changes immediately as though I am some pest in their store.
As a professional business woman it can sometimes be hard to shop during the week so my usual visits take place on the weekends. Of course when Sunday comes around I am not wearing my dresses/​skirts, but more than likely my yoga wear. I have noticed that dressing down at Jared’s is a guarantee that they will think you have little to no money to spend. People with money can wear yoga apparel, too, Jared’s!
My most recent and absolutely LAST visit to Jared’s was a few weeks ago when I went ring shopping with my mother. I was looking for a Christmas gift for myself so we stopped by wearing, you guessed it — yoga attire! It must have taken more than 20 minutes for an associate to come great us, even though 3 of them were just chatting with one another. Finally a woman came by to ask us if we needed help. There was a LeVian topaz ring I was after and she pulled it out for us to look at. I am in my late twenties but look very young for my age which promoted her next comment.
«Sweetie you will have to shovel a looooot of snow this winter to pay for this ring!»
My mother and I were stunned. I probably make 3x this woman’s salary and without having a clue about my age or profession, she made this offensive comment.
Needless to say we were so disgusted that we said we would come back later as we had somewhere to be. We didn’t come back and we never will. Ever.

My Fiancé and I walked in and were greeted by a gentleman working behind the counter in his fifties. We are in our late twenties and were nicely dressed, but we look pretty young for our age. The worker alluded to us being really young and brought me over $ 300 dollar wedding bands and kept putting his hand to the side and saying «if it’s in the budget, right?» and repeated their financing policy a few times. I have a very nice engagement ring and was extremely offended by the man suggesting we could not afford nice wedding bands. We had not specified any price range we were looking in, and I was so shocked and upset that my fiancé and I just left. We will never be returning to this store. We went to Gold Creations and Husar’s down the road where we were treated with respect, I suggest you do the same!

Walked in, told the sales lady what I wanted, she brought me right to it. The price was fair. I bought it.
In…out…beautiful earrings in my pocket at an awesome price… in under ten minutes. Awesome.

We love Jared! This location is wonderful (and as an added bonus, the only one in the Milwaukee area).
Ask for Dennis when you go in. He loves his job and he’s extremely helpful and positive about the experience.
My husband has made some wonderful choices with my ring and other pieces of jewelry. I love their warranty and jewelry check program. I found out today that I had a lose diamond in my engagement ring which was fixed within 2 hours of my scheduled check.
