My previous review was meant for a different location. However, my fiancé got my engagement ring at this location and it is beautiful. He said the people were very kind and helpful and respectful of his budget. They worked with it and didn’t push him towards something too expensive. Offer diamond replacement if it falls out which is nice too!

My very old wedding ring needed some work. Kesslers was polite and did a great job on the ring, making it look brand spanking new. I received a referral to come here and have now passed that referral on. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Kesslers is great! My fiancé and I looked at engagement rings here. The staff was warm, friendly, knowledgeable. It was a blast looking at all the different rings and stones. They had a wide variety, wider than that of the mall jewelry stores. They promise that they will replace your diamond if it falls out of your ring. There is even a little free gift when you come back after getting engaged! We came back to buy our custom order wedding bands, which arrived faster than we anticipated. Every time we visit for jewelry issues or just to clean my engagement ring, we are always pleased.

After our nightmare at Rogers and Hollands we decided to come here in search of a legitimate company who could offer quality jewelry and a quick turn around on repairs. Our salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and was all ears when we were explaining our hesitations to her, given our recent unfortunate experience with another retailer. She was also very patient in allowing us to take our time and view each piece we were interested in. We happily left with wedding bands in hand! We will be back for sure!

I’m sorry Milwaukee… but Kessler’s is a ripoff. I went in looking for diamond studs, and saw that the lowest price was for 1⁄8 stones at about $ 150. So I’m thinking, these must be amazing quality, right? I asked the sales lady, and she told me(somewhat proudly) that they were in the I-SI clarity range… and near colorless(H).which basically means chock full of carbons, cracks, and crap, and discolored besides. She boasted that Kessler’s adds additional cuts to the pavillion for additional shine and brilliance… which is something that Kay’s has been marketing for years… it’s called the Leo diamond and you can get the exact same studs in better quality stones for half the price. She also boasted that the diamonds have a lifetime warrantee, and the stones will be replaced if they ever fall out — which is pretty standard at most jewelry stores(including Kay’s). I don’t even like the Kay’s franchise, but Kessler’s is worse. You can find the exact same thing online for about $ 50. Save your money, get a better diamond, and go elsewhere.

My husband purchases all my jewelry from Kessler’s and we have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and always helps us find what we’re looking for without any obvious pushy sales strategies. I think they have a good selection at a good price. The big seller here is always their warranty which differentiates them from other jewelers.
