Uneven eyebrows. Really uneven eyebrows. So uneven that it’ll take months to grow out. I’ve had good threadings from this place before, but I’m never going back now.

I go for eyebrow and lip threading and like it. The price is right. I personally would not get any other service they offer though although it seems other people like their waxing as well. The customer service isn’t the greatest and the workers are not always the most friendly, but they get the job done. Would recommend to anyone.

Getting ready for vacation and needed a wax. Came here based on my friends rave reviews about Neeta. I arrived a little early and was great immediately. Threading is upstairs and waxing suite is downstairs. Extremely clean (huge in my book) and comfortable. There is a curtain for changing privacy. Neeta is fast, friendly and really good at waxing. It was by far the quickest Brazilian I have had with white strips. Baby powder to start, Organic wax was amazing and left no rash. Lotion after to calm the skin. This might be my new spot for wax. I moved to New England half a year ago and my brows have had any attention since then. Heritage Threading is great. I asked for my brows to be cleaned up. The woman who helped me was very quick and it was painless. If I lived nearby I would be a regular. Coming in made me homesick for Chicago’s Devon Avenue. I highly recommend. Please bring cash. They have a $ 30 minimum if you are paying by card. I left my card with them and ran across the street to the ATM.

came for en eyebrow threading, and told the woman that I have been desperately trying to grow my brows out, so I wanted them cleaned up and shaped more evenly. I walked out with one brow on fleek, the other looking like I lost a battle with a weed wacker.

I would not recommend this place for a Brazilian wax because the technicians double (and triple and quadruple!!) dip. I wanted to say something to the woman doing mine but I didn’t want to cause a scene. In addition to this, she broke a lot of the hair at the root so it ended up growing back like a regular shave, which is NOT what I paid for. Needless to say, I will not be returning, it’s not worth the money or the risks associated with double dipping.

Heritage Threading is by far the best waxing place I’ve ever been! I am a regular there and I’ve had every type of waxing they offer. Neeta, my waxer, is swift and thorough. It is practically painless and my favorite part is that the wax is organic so I never get rashes or swelling. I recommend them to all my friends and family, especially the ones who’ve had bad waxing experiences in the past. They also offer a student discount which is so helpful for someone on a college budget. I recommend it for everyone looking to get waxed.

I had trouble finding threading salons in Boston, but about a year ago was (thankfully) pointed in the direction of Heritage. Since then, I’ve been coming every three weeks or so. I love having a place by my house that I can trust will give me great brows every time. The wait is never long, and all of the threaders are friendly. Cash only, but there’s a CVS next door I usually pick up cash at. Plus, it’s very reasonably priced ($ 12, $ 15 with tip). My only gripe is that they aren’t open on Sundays/​Mondays, but this can be avoided by planning ahead!

First time here and first time eyebrow threading… It amazing! I’ve been so scared to get my eyebrows done and I don’t know why. It makes such a huge difference. Sabrina was so sweet with me and it was all over in a few minutes! Thanks Sabrina!

I’ve used two services, eyebrow threading (x1) and Brazilian waxing (x2). Both are done quickly and efficiently, leaving almost no time for you to get nervous in anticipation (like I do before hair removal treatments). The salon looks clean and has a unique, friendly vibe. Everyone who works there is polite and professional. And the prices are unbeatable!
It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and the woman who did my eyebrows did a great job-​she understood exactly what I was asking for and definitely delivered.
Both Brazilian waxes were quick and thorough and take place in a clean, private room. Pretty much all you could ask for from a bikini wax. The practitioner I had both times is friendly, professional, and good at talking you through it/​distracting you.
They have made a loyal customer out of me and I will not need to go anywhere else! Recommended.

I’ve been here a couple of times. The older aunty inside is super nice and does a great job. BUT wow talk about disorganized. I called in advance to check if they are open, she says yes on the phone so I walk 25mts in a snowstorm. Then once I get there — after not being at the desk for 15minutes — she says I have to wait a half hour. Thank you for wasting 45 mts of my time.
They do a good job though and it’s hard to find Indian threading salons in Boston so yeah. But for all my Indian girls on Unilocal (not desi, legit Indian chicks) — this is the kind of shit that makes you miss home! Where every 5^th shop on the street is a threading salon and the job gets done neat and quick for 10cents.

This place is amazing I love the way the lady did my eyebrows. Both ladies are good at doing eyebrows. It hurts a lil bit but not their fault. It’s $ 12 which is an amazing price. I can’t wait to go back.

Like many others here, I came here for a Brazilian because I got a Groupon. Unlike some others though, I don’t really understand what they mean when they say they wouldn’t pay the full price.
$ 50-​$ 55 is pretty standard or on the low end price-​wise for a Brazilian, and I don’t know about other ladies, but I don’t really expect a spa-​experience when I get my lady-​bits waxed…
Anyway, it was INSANELY fast, which is my book is a great thing! She maybe missed a couple stray hairs here and there, but no more than other places I’ve been to. Also, the wax lasted the standard amount of time, my hair started to grow back slowly about a week or so later, so it definitely wasn’t just ripped off at the surface/​
The lady was friendly but not overly chatty, which was fine with me. The rooms downstairs were clean. I don’t really know what else you could ask for!
The location is also wicked convenient. I went back and bought two more Groupons for them!

But, just wanted to make everyone aware that the student discount is back! It looks like they only do it during the months school is in session, so summer obviously didn’t hold true to that.

Fastest brazilian of my life! Only been there for that (groupon). Don’t know what their eyebrow threading is like but holy moly if you want a brazilian in a flash go there!
No fuss, in and out in 10 minutes. I kind of like that she didn’t waste time, but I wouldn’t pay full price — give me a little more «spa» for fifty-​something bucks.

Went in with a living social coupon. I thought it was fine with a coupon, but I wouldn’t pay full price for it (I believe the lady said normal prices are 55 $? I could be wrong.)
it was the FASTEST brazilian wax I have ever gotten in my life. I pretty much timed it because I was texting a friend the whole time, but I was literally lying on the bench for 3 minutes. I am not exaggerating. She used strips for all regions which was a first for me — normally most places I go to use strips for the bikini area, and then hard wax for the deeper areas. It was really quite painful and I had to ask her to press it down after she waxed me.
But it was also over in 3 minutes. She put some sort of cooling gel on me after and that was that.
It was fine for what I paid for, but I don’t think I’d pay the full price for a 3 minute brazilian wax.

I bought a groupon solely based on previous reviews. While this place is extremely out of my way it was worth the 45-​min sweaty train ride. I got a Brazilian done and it was over before I could complain of any pain. I won’t say none of it hurt but it was thorough and less than 10min for sure– and I’ll take that ANY day. I’ll definitely be back regardless of the commute.

2) Bring cash if your services are under $ 30.

This review is for eyebrow threading only. I normally see only Neeta but since she is on vacation I saw a lovely woman named Devyani. She did a fantastic job! Just as good as Neeta. Absolutely painless too :)
It’s a Tuesday afternoon (12pm) and I was in and out in under 10 minutes as a walk-​in. The price is great too $ 12 for the eyebrows. I’ve been to other places that do less quality of work for much more $.
I recommend this place to anyone and especially to this who have had a negative threading experience. I can only attest to the work of Neeta and Devyani but they do great work :-)

After getting a mediocre eyebrow threading experience elsewhere, I decided to go to Heritage Threading. It is a little hard to find; there is no sign for it on the street. Just look for ‘New England Comics’ and then enter the door next to it which says ‘Coolidge Arcade’.
It was fast, no frills service. The chair had no headrest (or maybe it was really low). Also, the technique was a little more ouch than I’m used to. Remember not to hold your breath; if you breathe through your nostrils slowly and keep your mind there, it hurts much less. I asked for high defined arches. I was holding my breath for both the pinches and the result. When I saw my eyebrows, I was so so happy! I quickly forgot my sore neck and bleary eyes, and proceeded to admire myself in every reflective surface on my way home.
