Love this little floral shop! The young man with the great hair who works here routinely brightens my day. The shop offers lovely plant and flower arrangements that are modern, stylish, and well curated. I love this place for gifts, as well as for décor pick-​me-​ups in my home and office!

I’m a huge fan of this place! Every time I walk in, I get awesome help putting together the perfect bouquet of flowers, and it doesn’t cost me a fortune. The flowers are always super fresh and last a very long time!

Placed a next day order and a vase wasn’t an option in the order form. Completed my order and trusted that someone from KaBloom would assist to add a vase to my order. Called several numbers, filled out customer service numbers on their websites, and emailed to request assistance. No response from any of those methods.
Now extremely concerned if my $ 120 order will even get delivered.

I’ve stopped into Kabloom before but decided to purchase a Unilocal deal recently because I got tired of buying flowers that wilted quickly from a Trader Joes. I bought the $ 20 for $ 30 Unilocal deal. I went with some old plants in vases I wanted to figure out what to do with. The two women were really nice about listening my plant issue. I bought two succulents, a vase, and a $ 8.99 bouquet with additional roses added to the bunch.
Note: you’ll have to use your entire voucher when you get there.

This place is awesome ! The staff was super welcoming and friendly. the flower selection was awesome too!

Hey thanks for delivering those Mother’s Day flowers for me… oh you didn’t?
I should have read the Unilocal reviews but I didn’t. Clearly this company has issues with logistics. They are simply not able to fulfill orders. I would have appreciated a call so I could have made other arrangements.

I received Mother’s Day flowers on Friday from KaBloom. They were small wilted and the leaves were brown and soggy. The tulip heads were hanging down wilted and droopy. In other words, they were dead and gone. It was not attractive. I called KaBloom immediately and they said they couldn’t send me flowers on Mother’s Day to replace until Tuesday or Wednesday. I do not recommend them at all.

Flowers did not arrive in the balloon full of water and there was no flower food. The bouquet was tulips and hyacinths. The hyacinths could not hold their heads up on the stems. They stems bent. Tulips did perk up after putting sugar in the water, overnight. Will say, customer service was very apologetic and gave my daughter a refund without any complaints.

Alan helped me chose some flowers out for my male friend. $ 20 for $ 30 was a steal. Arrangement came out amazingly beautiful! Thanks Alan!

Anyone considering this company for nationwide delivery, I say stay away.
I first discovered this company on Gilt City, as they were doing nationwide vouchers for their flowers. So I decided to buy one. I made the order for delivery, the a week before Feb 14^th. They arrived, but they all looked like they had one foot in the grave, and the other foot on a banana peel. Brown spots everywhere, and they were all droopy. Strike 1.
Emailed CS attaching the pics of the dying roses. I didn’t receive a response, so I called them the following Monday. Spoke to a CS rep, and they said they would have a replacement shipped out as soon as possible. I asked if they could deliver them on Feb 14^th, as it was my parents’ anniversary, and she said it wouldn’t be a problem.
Thursday rolls around, I receive an email. They say they can’t do it. I was very irritated, because instead of telling me on Tuesday, or Wednesday, when I could have made an order from a different company, they wait until two days before to tell me they can’t do it. I tell them that’s not acceptable. CS rep calls me and tells me she spoke with the manager and they approved of a shipment on Feb 14^th. I wait. Feb 14^th rolls around, no shipment. Feb 15^th, no shipment. Feb 16^th, no shipment. Strike 2.
I contact them again. CS rep apologizes saying they were backed up and that they just shipped it out, for a midweek delivery. This kind of miffed me. 1) Why tell me Saturday can work on two different occasions, when they couldn’t fulfill the order. 2) What am I going to do with flowers several days after the anniversary has passed. I was very upset, and they said all they can do is refund me the shipping costs. Shipment arrives. Flowers look brighter than the first delivery, but they are all in the same state. This time, one of the flower heads have broken off during transit, while the rest had brown spots all over. Their specialized hydration system clearly doesn’t work during the winter. Strike 3.
I ask for a refund. They say they can’t give me a refund, but rather I have to go through Gilt to get the refund. I have used floral delivery services from ProFlowers, 1800Flowers, TheBouqs, and FTD, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’m sure they do good delivery in the Boston area, but their nationwide service has been pretty awful.
Maybe it’s just two bad orders I thought. But they actually shipped a third. I have to give the CS some props for trying. This time it shipped without a vase, makes sense, but results were the same. Two flower heads were broken during transit, and it seemed they were precut this time or something because they were without their long stems and support. Most of the flowers were brown as well. I guess I’d have to give their CS at least 2 stars for trying with replacements, but no more than that because they botched the anniversary day delivery.

Pro’s:
— The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I’ve had some nice interactions with them.
— Easy to go into the fridge and pick your own stuff to make a nice arrangement.
Cons:
— Their arrangements aren’t the prettiest (not very modern, like Winston’s, which I realize is an unfair comparison at the price difference).
— They offer quite typical flowers and the selection doesn’t seem to vary much by the week/​month.

I’m really not sure what everyone is complaining about. I just called tonight at 545… a random Monday night… to see if I could grab some last minute flowers for my friends Birthday. Not only did they have a beautiful bouquet ready and waiting for my employee to swing by and pay cash for, but the young man on the phone made some gorgeous suggestions to substitute a design I was eyeing on the website. Honestly I rarely leave reviews, but the same young man wouldn’t even accept a tip for a job well done! I think the Brookline area Clientele needs a chill pill. Nobody applauds a job well done anymore. People are quick to raise their pitchforks and crucify. Relax people

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday, the $ 60 was taken out of my account but never received a confirmation email. Then, the day before the flowers were due to be delivered, I received a call from Kabloom that stated they could not honor my order and that I would be receiving a refund.
That was a month ago… I’ve called this business multiple times to try and reach the original person who called, but she is constantly «unavailable.» Nobody seems to know anything about my order when I call, nor do they seem to have the ability to deal with it. At the same time, the $ 60 is still showing up as being debited from my account.
I will give this business one more chance, then I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be disputing the charge with my bank. I have saved the voice mails I received from Kabloom that prove that no flowers were ever received. This is HORRIBLE customer service, incredibly frustrating, and I will never use this service again.

Always have a great experience here, even though I normally come when the store is about to close.

KaBloom delivered flowers for our event on Thursday, which had a red and blue theme. The arrangements were absolutely stunning. There were two tall ones and six small bouquets, and all the flowers were beautiful, fresh and well matched to our color theme. KaBloom was easy to coordinate with, and we would love to work with them again on our next event.

after viewing kabloom’s web site, telephoned bouquet order. when i arrived @kablooms to pay, pick up & deliver, my order had somehow been vaporized. as it was a summery friday afternoon, there were few other options. even after e-​mailing kabloom re my experience, there has been no response. kabloom has lost my business. other buyers, beware.

So someone from Kabloom recently contacted me to apologize for the terrible experience I had over 2 years ago. Took long enough, but better late than never. She said they were under new ownership now and offered to delivered a new bouquet of roses to someone so I figured, «why not, I’ll give them a chance.»
They had a new bouquet sent to my girlfriend at worked. She loved them and had no complaints with the quality or color or anything. Big win here. Might have to rethink my original stance of telling everyone to stay away at all costs.

This Friday I got a call from the driver asking for clarification of my address. Turns out I was getting flowers from my mom, and they were beautiful! She ordered them online, not knowing which vendor would do the order. She chose a «Florist’s Choice» with the hope that they would be the freshest flowers available. And she was right — it was a very pretty spring bouquet in a short, clear round vase, with yellow tulips, orange spray roses, white daises, dark purple iris, lavender hyacinths, pink gerbera daisy, and purple smaller delphinium– like flowers, tied with straw ribbon!
Kabloom’s driver and manager called me on my cellphone to let me know that they were coming and to clarify the address (apparently online when putting in the order, there was no option for a box number). Very professional, and I am extremely happy with these flowers! I’ve had them for over 24 hours now, and they look exactly the same as they arrived.

Unilocalers, beware.

I had notified Unilocal of this, but they elected to leave Ms Hartstein’s photos on the site. Interestingly, Unilocal did delete a photo that I, an actual consumer, had posted of the flowers I received from KaBloom. I was informed that this was based on a report by another user, who I presume has the last name Hartstein.
