Specialties

Adelina’s is a Tuscan wine bar specializing in authentic Italian wine and fare, delicious Italian classics, and a cozy environment for friends and family.

Striving to make wine drinking more extensible to Americans, Adelina’s serves ten different wines on tap for you to enjoy and try. With our rotating wine menu, we proudly serve rare indie wines that are naturally fermented and organic to ensure a original taste with each sip. Aside from our custom wine list, Adelina’s also focuses on our fantastic craft beer selection. With all of our draft’s coming from local brewers, we also feature many local bottles as well.

In addition to our selective drink list, our brunch and daily menus feature mouth watering classic and Italian favorites. Stop by on the weekends and feast on our vegan Rosemary Waffles with Blueberry & Maple Syrup and fresh juice bar, or come in for lunch or dinner and try one of our famous handmade pizzas, such as The Sweet Pepper.

Only using the freshest ingredients, we try and source local organic produce whenever possible. Our eggs are certified humane, our milk is organic and our polenta is local and organic. All of the meats serves at Adelina’s are heritage, free range meats from small family farms. Our dedication to sourcing these products adds to the flavor and quality of cuisine at Adelina’s.

Whether you’re looking for your new weekend brunch spot, or interested trying a local beer or wine– join us at Adelina’s!

History

Established in 2012.

Adelina’s is a different kind of Italian joint which was years in the making.

Named after our owner’s Tuscan Grandmother, Adelina’s has proudly brought a slice of authentic Italy to New York. Toby was inspired by Roman, blue collar tap wine bars called «fraschettas» when developing Adelina’s.

To this he added culinary inspirations from other Italian regions gathered from his copious notes on flavors and dishes on his many travels throughout Italy.

With our continued success, we hope you have a great time at Adelina’s!
