History
Established in 2012.
Adelina’s is a different kind of Italian joint which was years in the making.
Named after our owner’s Tuscan Grandmother, Adelina’s has proudly brought a slice of authentic Italy to New York. Toby was inspired by Roman, blue collar tap wine bars called «fraschettas» when developing Adelina’s.
To this he added culinary inspirations from other Italian regions gathered from his copious notes on flavors and dishes on his many travels throughout Italy.
With our continued success, we hope you have a great time at Adelina’s!
