History

Established in 2011.

After working as an organic personal chef in the Hamptons for nearly two years, owner Kerry Jones anxiously returned to Brooklyn and opened the one well. With sustainability and the local artisan community in mind as her foremost obsessions, the concept of a unique eco-chic boutique evolved.
