I have been a patient of this doctor for a number of years. He is an excellent ent. He takes his time and examines thoroughly and listens to what you have to say without giving you the feeling that he is about to bolt out of the exam room and shouting«next.» His up front receptionist can be a little quirky and some reviews on line really torch her. My experiences with her on the phone and in person have been fine. If just seemed that she wanted to be treated respectfully and who doesn’t? I assume up front office people get the brunt of rudeness because patients are nervous and often in pain on doctor visits. Just deal with her using a little TLC and she will return that courtesy.
