Dr. Masi in general is a great doctor. However, the front desk attendants are terrible. I have had numerous issues with them and continue to do so until this day. It took them 3 – 4 times to send my dermatologist a referral, and then when I called back to request another referral, they were incredibly rude to me. I then brought up my terrible experience beforehand trying to get a referral, and the receptionist said «that is bull». Super professional, right? I couldn’t believe it. We will see if they actually send the referral this time around. My dermatologist even stopped contacting them because they were rude to her too. Also — last time I was there, I waited an hour and I was one of the first patients in in the morning. I then went up to one of the receptionists and nicely said «Do you know how much longer? I have to be to work in a half hour» and she responded «you need more patience». Excuse me? Talk about terrible customer service.

My wife and I have just started seeing Dr Masi. Overall, he is kind, listens and takes time to explain things. The staff is friendly and polite. He writes referrals when needed and overall we are happy.
However, expect to wait an UNACCEPTABLE 2.5−3 hours before being seen. You may need to take the entire day off for your appointment. I was 14 hours without food and shaking.
I will happily upgrade this review to 5 stars, when I am seen within a half hour of my appointment.
