Capital One Bank

Love the workers; they are extremely friendly, helpful and they have a great memory! We shared many laughs and stories. They remembered everything we talked about a few weeks later! I was impressed.
They have free lollipops scattered and a tea/​coffee station. The bathroom is spacious and clean.
There’s never a wait when I go; Chase always has long lines.
They have a Chinese translator!

Coming to this bank was a pleasant experience. Holis Alert, one of the bankers at this branch, greeted me in a very warm and friendly manner. She was very courteous and pleasant to me and I can honestly say she is a people person who loves what she does because she cares about people. This is not my neighborhood bank but I will definitely return to this branch because I know what exceptional service you receive from here. Thank you!

This is my neighborhood bank… And I love coming here.
The staff here is exceptional, friendly and are always happy to see me. They all know me by name and even when I’m having a bad day, going to this bank makes me smile.
One day I walked in and while I was doing my regular banking, one of the staff, Holis Alert, pulled my to the side and asked me about some activity on my account, which looked suspicious. She went through a series of questions with me and determined someone was fraudulently using my account. I know credit card fraud is a crime that is growing in popularity and am extremely thankful Holis caught this in the early stages.
Why she is not a manager of better is beyond me. Someone with that type of skill-​set is an asset. There should be more there like her.
I do have another account somewhere else also, but I like doing business here more than the other place… Thank you Capital One.
