I have been Dr. Khaytman’s patient for over 10 years ever since he started working in this office. Last week I had a horrible experience at this office and I will not be going there again. When I arrived to the office I told the receptionists that I have an appointment to see Dr. Khaytman. I was asked to go to one of the room where his assistant told me that he will be coming shortly and asked what was the reason of my visit. After I explained that I need 1 tooth to be checked she started taking x-​rays and took 8 x-​rays without even telling me why she needed so much. After that she preceded saying that she needs to prep me and started sort of cleaning. Since I have very sensitive teeth I asked her if she could apply gel to numb to which she replied that the application won’t help to alleviate the pain since it is my teeth that are sensitive and not my gums. After spending 2 min cleaning she stopped and said that I don’t have an appointment to see the doctor. I said that I do have an appointment and I need to see the doctor. She argued that I don’t have and told me to talk to the doctor. I went to doctor. He was busy with another patient and also talking on his cell phone. I told him that I need to talk to him when he has a chance. Holding a phone with one hand and instruments with another he yelled saying that he was in the middle of a surgery and I have to wait 1,5 hour if I want to see him. I went to the receptionists explaining that I made an appointment to see the doctor. They said «Oh! you wanted to see the doctor?» I called my insurance and filed a complaint against the office reporting their dishonest ways of doing business.

Great office very professional highly recommended. The stuff seemed very welcoming answered all the question regarding my insurance coverage. Dr Khaytman is a very funny guy he will make u feel like home not like at a dentist chair, he has explained clearly all the options i had in regards of my dental treatment.

I usually don’t write reviews, but after this visit i could not help myself. This doctor was recommended to me by my coworker– she told me he is cheap and good and would not charge for any additional services etc-​very honest. Office is ok-​nothing special, reception girls are fine. When I called-​they scheduled me for the next day-​so not much time wait. I waited 40 min in the lobby-​to be seated in the chair to wait another 25 min-​then the doctor came– talked to me for 5 min– listened to what I had to say and went away– another 30 min passed– apparently he was working on some other patient and his assistant was entertaining me-​nice lady, but TO WAIT SO LONG IS UNACCEPTABLE. Doctor appeared. let me tell you– THE MOST UNFRIENDLY DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I WOULD SAY EVEN NASTY WITH THE ATTITUDE. but his trade mark i figured is– he would tell me– ’ do you want me to do you some services and charge you for work?’ when its better not to do anything here? –that might create some trust and seems like he cares about your money, but come on-​I have a problem-​my tooth hurts– i want it to be FIXED-​this way or the other. After talking for another 15 min-​i told him can u pl fix me-​he would not say a word-​just gave order to his assistant-​she started preparing the tools-​he went away for another 15 or 20 min-​came back– WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION OF WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO-​HE STARTED DOING MY TOOTH, AFTER that he went away and I stand up with no further instructions came to look for him to ask –IF THAT IS ALL??- he looked at me the most unfriendly way ever-​said-​yes and turned his head away. No doctor who cares for his patient would do this. but I thought to myself-​maybe he is unfriendly but fixed my problem-​so that can be forgiven. but several weeks passed-​my tooth which he kind of fixed– HURTS AGAIN AND HURTS MORE THAN BEFORE and I am writing this review as honestly i HAD THE WORST IMPRESSION OF MY LIFE GOING TO dmitry Khaytman office and dealing with him. yes-​he did not charge much-​but wasted so much time for nothing-​issues still stands-​looking for another doctor. DONT BOTHER GOING TO HIM.
