Domino’s Pizza

Online tracker provided a 52 – 62 minute delivery window; delivery arrived cold after 108 minutes, having been in the driver’s vehicle for ~90 minutes.
Offered replacement order after several attempts to contact the manager but could not get order sent out for 2 hours. Was offered a replacement order the following day and given a delivery window of 60 minutes. Upon calling after 75 minutes, was informed that delivery window is currently about 90 minutes. Asked to speak to manager again for refund.
Not worth the time or aggravation. Find any other pizza shop in your area and I can guarantee that your order will arrive before Dominos.

If I could give this a –5 stars I would. This has been the worst experience of my life. When I received my order half of my pizza didn’t have sauce on it. When I called the store they told me that they would have someone bring me a new one and I would have to give the one I had back. This was at 7:14pm, 8:30 pm came and still no call from anyone. I called back and they acted like I never called and told me the same thing as before. 9:00pm came and still nothing I called again and the dick head on the phone told me that the guy already left. 9:30 and still nothing, so I decided to walk to the store where again they acted like I never called. Spoke to the manager and he said he was going to fix it himself, he gave us cheesy bread for free. We got home and we saw that the crust was wrong and the pizza was more dry then the first one we got. And I called back to speak the manager who proceeded to yell at me telling me to go back to the store to show him the pizza. All I wanted was to eat and now I’ve eaten nothing and my appetite is completely gone. Fuck you manager! Fuck you domino’s on graham ave! And fuck you to the bitch ass pussy who picks up the phone! DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE! GET YOUR PIZZA SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Where to begin? Oh how about this dry ass pizza. Or maybe even the customer service. Or maybe once again the dry ass pizza. So long story short. I ordered a pizza at 6:45 via app for delivery. Got to me at 7:20 with a delivery charge and I tipped. Bought the pizza in and it had no sauce. Called back and they said we’ll make a new one and deliver it. This was around 7:30. 8:30 came and still no pizza. Called back at 8:30 and they said the order was in the oven. Sooo 9:30 came and I got tired of calling and decided to walk to the shop. They made a new one for me and decided to even grace me with a free Cheesy Bread. Walked home and unboxed the pie and WALA. Still no fucking sauce. Not sure if this is a new recipe but I ordered sauce on my pizza. Then I call back and complain and they said I should bring it back and show them that it’s messed up. I ordered a handmade pan pizza that comes in the black box. They put a hand tossed pizza in the black box. Which isn’t supposed to be in there. So I cursed at them cause it’s 10pm and I still have not eaten. Just don’t order from here. Please. I’m begging you. Don’t do it. Don’t do that I don’t know why you would do that I just don’t want you to do it. I love you guys and I want you to actually get what you pay for. Mind you they lied to us then because my pizza was never on the way.

I wish I could give zero star. Worst experience of delivery of my whole life. They didn’t ever deliver my pizza and the website has been saying delivered for the past a few hours. They even charged my credit card. No one is answering! I have been a big fan of dominos but since trying this store I’ll never order from them ever again.

Worst experience ever, waited over an hr and when the delivery guy came he refused to leave the car and deliver the pizza, they still charged me and I never received my food. Waste of time… and still hungry.

I really wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt… Thinking maybe they’d restaffed since reading all the terrible reviews. Sadly, I was mistaken. I’m kicking myself for even thinking they would get my order right. My review echoes all the others. Ordered a Handtossed pizza which is supposed to have that special garlic stuff on the crust… Not there… with extra sauce, onion, pepperoni olives and peppers. Asked for it well done. I don’t even know why they offer the option of customizing your order to perfection if the employees are just going to do whatever TF they want and not even get 50% of the order right. Came with basically no sauce, no onions in sight, only pepperoni on HALF the pizza, and it was severely undercooked and a thin crust. I IMPLORE you to not even waste your time with this inconsiderate location. I’m sure other locations across the nation do better but for Brooklyn, you’re better off going hungry or spending the same amount of money getting a Roberta’s hipster ass pizza. Won’t be buying from Domino’s ever again. LESS THAN ZERO STARS. #Dominos #MoneyWasted

I didn’t know that this location had such bad reviews! Their pizza was always good with me, however the only problem I get is that depending on the time, they take 1 – 2 hours to deliver, and I don’t really live that far from the location considering they drive most of the time.

This place is the worst. Dominos should just close this place because your order does not come. This is the only place where they lie in their online tracker. When we called, they said that the driver will be arriving in 2 minutes but the driver did not come. Nope. This place is a an excuse for a business. Don’t buy here. Don’t order here. We waited 2 hours to get our pizzas. Again, Dominos shut this place down.

Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from Dominoes again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it. It’s too bad one bad location spoils it for the rest… I used to speak so highly of that location. Truly disappointed!

I waited an hour and a half. The location never picked up the phone when I called. Pizza finally got here and the bottom dough was completely raw. Don’t waste your time or money here.

1.5 hours. Website says delivered. Nothing came, no one will answer our calls.
Highly recommend ordering elsewhere, this location appears to be a sham (see other reviews).

Usually there isn’t a problem with my order other than forgetting to give me the dipping sauce I paid for.
However, my recent order just pissed me off. First, delivery man called and was waiting in his car instead of walking to my door with the food (every other delivery person in NYC buzzes and runs up my 3 flights of stairs to deliver/​or I meet them halfway!). To me, that was so lazy, so I tipped him $ 1.50…to which he said «really, only $ 1?»…Yeah, bye.
My pizza was undercooked and gross. Ordered plain cheesy bread, they added jalepenos and bacon? WTF? How do you add that to a simple order of cheesy bread? Also ordered BBQ wings, which they replaced with Hot Wings. Called their location to ask for a refund because they messed up my entire order. The person on the phone was rude and only gave one word replies. When I asked if it would be refunded to my account, he just said «yeah». Didn’t feel right to me, so I called back the next day and spoke to the manager to make sure they were refunding my money. So, the first guy lied to me. Manager had an attitude and said «he isn’t allowed to do that, next time ask for a manager»…there won’t be a next time.
Thankfully after a few days they did refund my money!

I wish I could give zero stars, first of all it took them two hours from the moment of the online order to the moment someone actually picked up the phone at the store just to tell me I had to wait 15 more minutes. What a joke. Avoid at all cost.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, absolutely horrible service, I called to place an order for delivery, ordered a large pie and wings (a special) and a two liter coke. Got my order delivered and delivery guy didn’t even go to my door (even though
Delivery isn’t free) and of course when I go upstairs to enjoy my food with my husband the order was wrong, I called back and they said they would come back and bring me my wings, an hour went by and nothing. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and they told me a manager is unavailable, I complained about wanting to speak to a manager and finally they got me to speak to one, he said his name was Amir (supposedly) highly unprofessional, wasn’t even apologetic, he said they would send my wings and once again delivery guy never came up to my door, I will never order from this place again

Worst case scenario fast food. Staff is completely incompetent. Don’t waste a minute of your time. Thought I was going to grab some quick food on my way home, didn’t even get addressed at the window for 15 minutes, only waited because I’m stubborn. Holy shit, don’t go here.
But hey, who can argue? It’s not like there’s even one decent restaurant within the few square blocks. I’d still rather eat here than the two modern shithole restaurants ‘Eastwick’ and ‘Sweet Science’

I have been waiting over 2 hrs for a medium pizza. No one at the store has answered my calls, and the domino’s website reports the pizza as having been already delivered.
If you want to work for your delivery, this is the place for you.

Don’t order from here. The employee’s are rude. 5he cheese pizza was burned. They sent another 1 and it was burned too. That was the worse dominoes I ever had.

Wow, should’ve read reviews before ordering.
I did order from this location once before, and despite the late delivery, the guy seemed pleasant enough that I didn’t think much of it. So now that they’re having a 50% off discount, I decided to place another order.
Yikes. 70 mins and counting. Better to spend a little more and grab it from my local pizzeria next time.

I ordered my food at 7:05pm and at 815pm i called to get a status on delivery but whenever i called the reps continously hung the phone up before I could even say hello.
Finally at 845pm i spoke to someone and they pretty much yelled at me and once i told them i want to cancel they said okay and hung up yet again.
This isn’t the first time they’ve been extremely rude. This store really should be shut down. Either that or the team should be completely changed

Buzzes my buzzer 150 times before I end up yelling at him to cut it out
Then when I come downstairs he refuses to get out of the car thus simultaneously refusing to give me my food
The «manager» Juan tells me the driver felt threatened. Not so threatened that he got out of the car to buzz me 150 times but threatened when he saw my 5’6 120lb angry self in the doorway
It’s now my life’s work to get this place closed down. Don’t waste your time. You’re better off eating crackers and ketchup
