If you want to experience a little bit of old-​world ambiance and palm-​greasing for services, there’s no need to set your TARDIS for Kishinev in 1978, just come here to pick up or drop off a package. Unmentioned on the UPS website, which lists this place as an authorized agent, is the surprise $ 2 fee per package that the owner brusquely demands. He will, at least, write you out a receipt upon request.

I wanted to drop off a prepaid UPS package at one of the drop off locations on their site. After doing a quick search, I went to this location.
The guy was BEYOND RUDE! As soon as I walked in, (without saying a word, just holding a small package in my hand) he began telling me in a rude tone that if I wanted to ship anything I had to pay $ 2. I tried to explain that I already paid for it online, but once again was rudely interrupted by his rant about him paying his landlord too much and how ConEdison overcharges him… along with a bunch of other complaints.
I walked out with my mouth open and the package still in my hands.

Arrogant owners. I tried to drop off a pre-​paid UPS and the first thing is «two dollars». When I question what the charge is for, they started being arrogant and said they can charge whatever they want. He looked at my package and said, «In fact, I can charge $ 5 for your package if I want to.» There seems to be no set rate and they can do whatever they want since they are independent.
I left without dropping it off and went to another UPS location near-​by. Will never deal with these people who do not know anything about customer service again.
