I’ve ordered from here a few times and food was decent, but today I placed a phone order for pick up and when I got there I was hoping for my order to be correct. okay so when I got home and opened my meal, it was not what I ordered… totally nothing that I wanted, I don’t know how they could have made this mistake, aren’t you supposed to be knowing what you’re giving out to the customers. when I got home I was very upset! and the food I got was burnt!

VERYDISAPPOINTED! The delivery was fast! But the cherry pie tasted stale like old! The corn beef was bland no flavor, the potato salad had TOO much black pepper! I usually go there for their breakfast and it is VERY good but I have to say I was disappointed this time!

I used to order from Spiro’s every day. That’s not a exaggeration. I always used to order the Bacon Cheeseburger with raw onion and pickles. Coleslaw on the side. It was always amazing and cooked just the way I wanted it to. I also had the meatloaf a few times. I used to go there twice a week to have breakfast with my friend. The fries were also pretty good. The staff is always nice and smiling at you when you walk in to be seated. My waitress was super sweet when she seated us and gave us our menus. We looked over the menu for about 10 minutes, She came back over and asked us what we would like to order. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger(As usual) and my friend went with Chicken Fingers(Like a 5 year old. He’s 27 lol). It only took them about 5 – 6 minutes to prepare the food, And it was done very well. I ordered the burger medium rare, And it was on point! The fries were very crispy(Just how I like them), And the coleslaw has always been perfect. We finished our food and sat around for about 15 – 20 minutes afterwards, To digest. Within that time period, The waitress came over to the table about 2 times to make sure everything was good and to ask if there was anything else we wanted. The restaurant is actually a decent size. It looks pretty small from the outside, But looks can be deceiving! It’s nicely sized once you get in. The layout is very nice and it doesn’t get very loud in there. I think altogether we spent about $ 14 between the two of us. That’s with our food and drinks. We tipped our waitress $ 10 because she was awesome! They also have the seats at the counter where you can sit and look at the amazing pies, Cakes and muffins they have. I forgot to talk about the muffins. I had a muffin once from there and it was very good. I think it was Blueberry if I remember correctly. They are very on point with their food!

Was the only place around to deliver at 9AM in the morning. That by itself worth a 5-star when you’re dying from hunger and your fridge is empty. Especially when they bring you delicious portion of shepherd salad and gigantic bread. And I forgot about the place until last Sunday me and my better half decided to go out. When we saw the place that saved us from starving we decided to go in. Wow! What a nice service! What a generous pieces of feta cheese on our shepherd salad! My wife loves cheese. I don’t know who told them that. Grape vinegar and olive oil was such a good quality I wanted to steal them. Greek specialties are finger lickingly delicious. Even French fries are piece of art. Not those greasy fries made of cheap potato that I’m usually served. Triple decker is classic. At least that’s what my wife told me. I was enjoying my Greek Beef specialty on a platter and couldn’t care less about triple decker. My cup of coffee was always being filled by tender waiter. Couple words about the interior. Seats are so comfortable you don’t want to leave, place is so warm and nice you can’t resist your coming back. Employees are so attentive and nice you will tip more than you usually do.

The food is homemade and delicious. Most of the time they make you feel welcome. The service is lacking, but I recommend the food.

Old School diner. I come there about 3x a week after going to gym for mozzarella egg white omelette with fries(yes I work out and have fries but the fries are that good). The staff know me and start my order before I sit down(I guess I’ve become predictable) Other diners may be bigger and have more to offer but the staff are kind and the food is solid. Decent prices $ 7.45 for my usual above that comes with coffee, juice, and toast(I have wheat to be little healther).

A nice diner place near my neighborhood, pretty decent service. The place has an old-schoolsque feeling to it. Came here with my girlfriend for a casual date, she ordered the mushroom burger and I got cheeseburger deluxe. It was an OK meal, my GF said the mushroom burger was good though. Paid around 20 total.

$ 5.99 for an individual orange juice box that is crazy! This food is so expensive and just not worth it. We only order from this place when we are at our lowest lows of a hangover and do not want to stand in front of a stove. Bacon egg n cheese sandwich has 2 slices of cheap hard bacon and you are left asking, why is life so hard? Save your money and just eat your shoe.

I always walk by this restaurant and finally decided to give it a try. It was about 2:30pm and not many people there which is nice since we didn’t have to wait for a table. I ordered the french toast with sausage and my bf ordered the gyro platter. The french toast was good but nothing spectacular that you can’t get anywhere else. The gyro platter was really good. It also comes with awesome fries. Something about the fries are REALLYGOOD! I like that breakfast is all day long, sometimes you just get that crazing so it’s nice to have somewhere nearby to go to. I’ll come back again and check out their other food options.

Spiro’s is a quiet little diner with good food and great service. Their portions are plentiful and the value is good. They open early but they also close at 8pm. Its not a place for late night eats which is a shame, since the area is sorely missing late night dining for those of us who work long hours and don’t get home until pretty late.

Consistently average. Not bad, not great. The service is fast, the place is tiny, the portions are smallish when considering its diner style. And they don’t take credit cards. I come here once in a blue moon.

Honestly I recommend them for a great value breakfast and simple meals the rest of the day the big mess omelette is my favorite the food will not win the raves but the old fashioned comfy atmosphere will. I got hit hard by Sandy and going in there after a night volunteering at the shelters or going in the mornings from my house without heat the place just felt like a big hug the older gentleman there chipped in when his staff could not get to work and he was just wonderful sweat people and friendly regulars wish I had the time to have breakfast there everyday

This place is a typical ordinary good olé diner. Nowadays, It’s hard to find a classic diner that makes you feel at home. Came here with my friends, service was great and fast. I ordered 2 eggs, homefries, and sausage. The white toast was not too burnt but toasty enough. The homefries was so good. Everything else was delicious as well. I will definitely come here more often with my friends since it’s walking distance from my house :)

The diner is OK, pretty ordinary. All I can really say is, is that’s it your typical diner. The good thing about them is, is that the service is quick and consistent.

Same thing happened to me with the water. I was half finished with the meal when I needed water. Had to ask. Had brisket and it tasted homemade. The fries were pretty good too. I think the portions were a little smaller than usual at a place like this. Chicken noodle soup tasted homemade as well. Most tables were full while I was there at 10:45AM for an early lunch.

David S., I’m glad that you had a good experience at Spiros but I was there a couple years ago and haven’t been back. I didn’t get to sample anything except maybe the water, because my menu came with a dead roach stuck between the pages, and I left immediately. Bummer.

It is open from 6am to 8pm. Their food, service and environment is very classic and in old fashion. I just wish my grandpa colud be as healthy and happy as those 2 old men, the owner and the cook.
