I called Worldwide Surgical at 4:20 on a Friday afternoon (they close at 5:00) because my daughter was in NICU But I was being released from the hospital and needed a hospital grade pump. They brought one to the hospital before 5:00 for me and the driver was so nice about it! They really supported me throughout the whole time. I rented the pump for three months and they were incredible, even offering to help me with the insurance claim. I highly highly recommend them.

I found them by searching medical grade breast pumps. They not only rent the pumps, but a host of other medical grade items — such as baby scales.
You get a real person when you call, and she is always very quick to get back to you if she cant take your call at the time you call. They have pick up and delivery services, as well as package deals for a discount.
If your planning to breast feed and have a life, you NEED a hospital grade pump — they cost $ 1500. or more, so why buy when you can rent for under $ 150. for 3 months. You can charge and get your pump in a day or two. Irena, who was the customer rep each time I called, helped me pick a flange, and a pump that would suit my needs — the web site is comprehensive and has all the info and pricing clearly displayed .
They don’t deliver on Sunday, but usually get your items to you within 1 — 2 days. You can also visit their storefront in Brooklyn and pick up/​return your items there.
I just returned my pump after a 4 month rental, and I will call on them again with I get pregnant again. All in all, Worldwide gives world class service.
