i don’t live next door anymore, but i still come from bed stuy to this place to have them do my dry cleaning. i don’t know where else you can find good people, good hours(open early and late), good prices and next day service!

so happy to have found pachamama! they have a number that they communicate quickly through text for convenience and every person that I have dealt with has been SONICE. great turn over service would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood.

Pachamama is a fantastic laundromat. The staff is extremely nice, and they always can guarantee a quick turnaround on dry cleaning. exactly what I need.

This is just a simple local laundry. I come here for my self wash and it’s a no frill yet no hassle experience. There’s a change machine that isn’t overly obnoxious and the wash machines aren’t too crowded. A few of the machines are always out of order, but it won’t hold you back. 4.50 for a large and 5.75 for a giant wash load.

The only clean, organized, and non-shady laundromat within walking distance from my apartment. Due to this, they can get a bit busy during popular hours; mainly weekends between 10−2pm. They also have a drop-off service and dry cleaning. As a side note, one of the male owners/employees took extremely great care of an adorable cat that hung out here. This place is kind to both animals and humans and I love giving my business to people like this. :)

The nicest folks. Free delivery(pick up and drop off), always a benefit. Normal self-service prices. Dry cleaning turnaround is standard. They’re sweet and have a kitten that mills around sometimes in the evenings. Not space for loiterers, which is a benefit in my mind(Personally I’d prefer not to watch out in case someone tries to steal my underwear…)

I’ve been coming here to do self-service laundry for the six months I’ve lived in the neighborhood. I would have recommended it to anybody for the cleanliness, good prices and attendant on duty. Until today. Today was the last day I will ever do my laundry there. I had two dryers running that I put quarters in for 28 minutes. I returned with 7 minutes remaining on one to find that the laundry I had in my second dryer had been taken out by the attendant, so that the dryer I paid for could be used by someone else who was waiting. My laundry was half damp and sitting in a basket. Had it run for the duration of the cycle, it would have been dry, which is what I had intended. But, instead, I had to spend more money to put the wet items back in the dryer. Taking laundry out when the cycle is completed is one thing. I don’t care if there are people waiting, by taking my laundry out before the cycle is completed you are basically stealing from me. Not cool.
