This is a great neighborhood location. Wash and fold service is quick and done beautifully. When I do laundry there, it’s easy to put the wash in, run an errand, and come back to finish up. Staff is super friendly.

I’ve been coming here for about three months. This place is great — clean, the machines work, plenty of carts and seating and good service. This review is because apparently in July they overcharged me for some dry cleaning — I never noticed. I was gone the month of August but apparently they called me five times. They also called in September and I heard the voicemail but forgot to talk to someone (I usually just go do my own laundry). When I did dry cleaning again the manager remembered my name and made sure to give me my money back! So, management is very honest.

This is the question I have been asking myself for my entire New York City career of nearly five years. After having nightmarish experiences with other dry cleaning services, I was resigned to taking all my dirty clothes with me on visits home where I would unload three months worth of it onto my local and trusted cleaner. Clothes are incredibly personal, and in the past I’ve found great dry cleaners who I’d come to trust with my clothes, only to have them lost (Fly Cleaners, I’m looking at you). Or: the turn around wouldn’t be what was promised, delivery times missed, clothes coming back looking just as dirty as going in –and all of this for high prices that didn’t match the low quality of service. I am so happy I went into Si. After enduring mishap after mishap at other dry cleaners, I didn’t have high hopes, but even after one visit I knew I had finally found a place. The guy who runs the place is incredibly nice and detail oriented, carefully inspecting each piece with you and marking stains. The prices are the best I’ve encountered, there’s an very quick turn around, they’re professional, and, best of all, my clothes come back spotless –and ALL of them come back. They have a very organized system and, unlike at other cleaners, I don’t watch my clothes go behind the counter with the thought: «I wonder if this is the last time I’ll see that blazer.» Si is reliable, trustworthy, and simply the best. If you need a great dry cleaner, I can’t recommend Si enough.

The new owner really cares about quality, and has really turned this place around for the better. I use their drop off service which is amazing and highly recommend it to anybody living near by who is looking for a reliable service.

After reading the amazing reviews and seeing the price I was very keen to try them… Unfortunately I have been left seriously disappointed! At first it looked like they did an amazing job… Quick, clean and cheap… But when my partner put on one of his newly cleaned tshirts it had shrunk and was way too small… 3 of his black tshirts are now ruined! And they were brand new… My shirts and dress were luckily not effected… Well the shirts felt a little tight but ok. I’ve now spent the last few hours trying to «unshrink» his shirts! Honestly great service but is it worth ruined clothes?

Great service, used the drop off service and clothes were ready by the next morning neatly folded. Even managed to get stains out of a top that I thought was beyond salvageable.
Would definitely recommend.

The man who runs this place is really great. Friendly, accommodating, and professional in how he runs his business. It’s always clean and all of the rules make sense and help to keep things in order.

Love coming here. The guy who works here is so friendly and helpful. Every Time I forget my soap he always has some for me. Whether I’m washing clothes there, or I’m dropping of. I always have a great experience.
Drop off is excellent clothes are always clean. They even remove stains and socks and undies are placed neatly in separate bags.

This place is great. They will call to ask if it’s alright to wash a certain item a different way. Turnaround is very fast and the quality is great.

Super friendly guy who works there! Laundry is always done super fast! If I drop off in the morning it’s done by the time I get off of work. Other places in the neighborhood make you wait 3 days after drop off to pick up. Would highly recommend this place!

They provide the best customer service. This is honestly the FIRST Unilocal review I’ve ever written and I’m doing it because I think the man who works here deserves some credit. I left my detergent here once — came back two weeks later and he remembered me and gave it back. I was shocked by this act of kindness and customer service. Machines work well and it is always clean. I would highly recommend!

I’m moving from my apartment across the street from this laundromat and I have to say I am sad to say goodbye to this place. They have been extremely reliable with having my drop off laundry ready same-​day, they take all credit cards, and they air dry the stuff I ask to be air dried. The staff is super nice and the shop is kept spotless. A great addition to the area. Will miss it!

This place recently opened on S. 4^th and has been a go-​to for both drop-​off laundry and dry cleaning. The staff, after our second time dropping off, remembered our names and preferences. They take all major credit cards and are extremely efficient. If you drop off by Noon on any day, they guarantee your laundry will be returned by 5pm. They do a tremendous job and are extremely friendly. What more could you ask for from a laundromat. We’ll be returning every week.
