Super professional, super quick turn around. I’ve worked with a bunch of different companies who provide similar services and they are by far the best. When I’ve had difficulty with images, they’ve even offered to edit and resize on my behalf. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Follow Up: After posting this review I was called several times and then threatened by the business with a lawsuit for my negative review. «That is a fake f***ing review,» was the exact quote from the voice mail.
This review is not fake, this actually happened to me just a few hours ago, and I’m really upset that I was threatened.
I called this place with a request that was difficult to describe, and when I told them that (I was trying to be upfront) they said that they were «very busy and I’d have to call back later.» They didn’t apologize or offer to take my number to contact me back, just completely blew me off. My company does a lot of business in New York and we will NOT be reaching out to these guys again.
This is just completely rude and disappointing given their otherwise nice reviews, raving about their communication skills.

I was looking for a place to print a 10 by 10 ft vinyl banner and could not find one in town. Most places have their sales offices in the area but print outside of state. My print job had to be done asap and the Signs NY team accommodated every of my requests.
They communicate quickly, prices are very reasonable for a two day print order. They were also nice enough to let me set up my booth in their print shop so we could ensure that the banner fits the booth.
This is a very good print shop. Their team is professional and responsive. Next time I will have to do a print job — I will do it here.

I’ve had three totally positive experiences working with Signsny. They’ve done the vinyl ‘faux gold leaf’ window decals for Culture Espresso and Culture 36, both in midtown. They worked with me through the design process and converted files to vector format as needed. Without much basis for comparison I thought their price for design, production and installation was reasonable and the job was completed in a timely fashion.
I honestly can’t remember how I originally found Signsny but it wasn’t on Unilocal.If I had checked Unilocal I may have skipped them over as a few people apparently had some negative experiences. Anyhow, I don’t review much at all on Unilocal but, from my experience, Signsny deserves nothing but a positive review.

I too cannot believe the other reviews, they must be talking about another company. My experience was just the opposite. Andre was very helpful and followed through on every promise he made. It is not easy negotiating our busy street with no parking. Andre was the only sign company that answered my calls when I needed help fast. He had a sign up within days, no hysterics. His prices were very fair. Our awning is beautiful and window decals, Now Open sign looks crisp and well done. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the first sign «Coming Soon» they put up in our store window did not have the adhesive on the correct side and it looked unsightly on the inside. He said they got there and it wasn’t possible to adhere to the outside, so they hung it inside. It looked all crinkly to anyone inside our space. No one on the street could tell but it didn’t look good to those of us working on the space. Probably a bit of a nitpicking comment but I’m a perfectionist and want to present our very best to everyone who sees us, even contractors and work crews. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a sign in Brooklyn. Thanks again, Andre.

I strongly recommend this company to make your sign! We are thrilled with the work they did.
Perhaps had i read the Unilocal reviews i would not have used the company. But i just think Unilocal is not always the most reliable source for opinions, having a restaurant myself and have experienced 5 stars and 1 stars.
But it just shows that Unilocal is very subjective.
This company made us a great sign, at a reasonable price, in a timely fashion. No Drama, i love our new sign, and i would highly recommend them in the future. I did do all our business with them through e mail, never spoke once on the phone. But i have to say, we are so so pleased with the work they did for us. I did shop around a lot before i found this company, and i can say their price was very reasonable and they were the easiest company to work with. CHEERS!!!

Tahir was incredibly nice, offered to stay late to process our job quickly, emailed us as soon as the job was finished, and was about half the cost of every other quote we received. Would 100% use them again!

Working in New York City is always about making deadlines. SignsNY is a prime example of a company who is able to accommodate any size order with little wiggle room and time.
I was thrown a task to get a huge vinyl printout for a project last minute. I called more than 10 stores on a saturday afternoon, not knowing that most NY print shops close on weekends. Just when I thought everything was going to crumble, I miraculously found the phone number of SignsNY and decided to give it one last try. It was crazy because the owner of the store was just about to leave for a trip, and then he picks up my phone call to complete my order. At first the owner was a little hesitate because I didn’t have much time to get this done. He also helped me fix up the vector image to get the vinyl printed and laser cut out with such great detail.
Overall, I am very happy and excited to have found SignsNY. I look forward to giving them more projects to work on in the near future.

Not sure what experience everyone else has recently had, but SignsNY has done everything and then some for my Real Estate Brokerage Firm (B&M). Each sign they have made has been on point, and the most recent sign for a brownstone listing is as nice as they come. They made a tiny error and within 24hrs remade the sign and delivered it as promised without any hassle whatsoever. Great product, good prices.

Don’t bother! Ever!
I called to inquire about a lifting vinyl decal I have. I wanted to know what type of adhesive to use to get it to stick again.
The girl that answered didn’t seem to want to help… at all. I explained what type of surface it was on, and that even though I keep pushing it down, a few minutes later, it lifts.
All she kept saying was «take a picture of it». I’m sure the concept of a «lifting decal» doesn’t need a picture.
She then proceeded to hang up on me!
Eff that place!

Prompt, efficient, accurate & timely.
My office had vinyl decals applied to glass conference room doors. The guy who came and installed was great – everything looks fantastic and professional.
