After calling several computer repair shops in the park slope area, I chose Timothy to repair my mother’s PC. Not only did he resolve the password problem that locked her computer, he also cleaned up all the malware issues. Tim repaired the PC quickly at a very reasonable price and he was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Tim if you have any computer problems.

This guy has helped fix my desktop p.c.and my wife’s laptop numerous times. He completely revitalized my wife’s computer a few years ago, and he has fixed multiple small but very annoying problems for me. He’s methodical, patient, and totally determined to leave behind a satisfied customer. Great hourly rate, especially for what he delivers. Very high recommendation!

Tim is the man! My computer was so full of viruses that I thought it was unable to be saved. Tim managed to not only get rid of all the nasty stuff lurking on my hard drive but he saved all of my personal documents as well! He also takes the time to explain everything to you in a way that a non-​computer savvy person can understand. You also CANNOT beat his prices!

Last week I realized I had a virus in the beginning of my work day, that prevented me from getting onto the Internet. I called around and all of the major shops in the area either didn’t answer their phone or told me that they wouldn’t be able to look at my laptop for at least 2 days which is a crazy thing to hear when your entire career relies on your PC! I called Tim, not only was he conveniently close (and answered his phone), but he was helpful and knew what the problem was before I even got there. He looked at my computer right away, and two hours later Voila! He taught me few things about safe browsers, accurate anti-​virus software, and the best operating system for my computer and why. He explained everything in terms that I understood and now my computer is much faster!
I won’t take my computer anywhere else, it’s nice to get personalized, professional service from someone whom enjoys what he is doing! Thank you!
