We had an excellent experience with Quantum. They were referred to us to use to tow my daughters car from downtown Austin to Buda for repairs. Ladonna, at the office was extremely helpful and courteous. We scheduled a time to meet the following day to have the car towed, that was the earliest that we could be there. The tow truck driver was there early and ready to help. He was awesome! We were in and out in no time. Plus, they were way less than other towing companies I called. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again, but if I do need a tow, they’re who I’ll call!!!

My car broke down on IH35. I called 4 companies and all of their wait time was more than an hour!!! I called quantum towing and they were there within 20 minutes. They towed my car to the dealer and gave me a free ride home! Great customer service and they handled all the paperwork and payment with AAA.

On 7−11−13, while visiting a resident of this apartment complex my vehicle was towed away in the short time that I was there. I was asked to pay $ 190 to retrieve my vehicle. Apparently in this complex residents are not allowed to have visitors and they are not welcome. The parking spots are not marked as reserved nor are there any visible visitor parking spots. According to the tow truck driver there are only five visitor parking spots at the front of the complex, meaning anyone wanting to visit someone who lives at the back of the complex would have to walk from there through the complex to get to the apartment they are there to visit. The man who took my vehicle would not give me the number to his manager, which was my fist sign that he was doing something wrong. When I asked him for his card he refused to give me one and said he would right down the number to the phone he had in his hand. Wen I told him I would not pay until he either called his manager or gave me his card he proceeded to luck me and my fiancé in the tow yard. I told him it was against the law to lock us in there, he opened a small gate next to a trailer house leading into a yard full of dogs and told us we were free to go, without our vehicle. I had everything required, my license, insurance and the money but he was refusing us because he in his words «would not bother his manager» which he slipped and said was actually his brother. Wen I asked my fiancé to call the police he finally gave me a business card reluctantly which I believe was his own and not his brother’s because he was stumbling over his words and I believe lying about what his name was. He then pretended to be on the phone with someone and said he would nock fourth bucks off the bill if I would just leave without calling the police. I felt we were trapped in the situation and had no other option. When I spoke to the complex manager Jennifer she was also behaving very suspicious and said the deal they have worked out with each other «works for them, and has since they opened». Very suspicious and shady things going on between these two companies.
