Texas Pro Solutions founder, Scott Hill, brings 22 years of professional plumbing, water restoration, and carpet cleaning expertise to TPS. Scott is an inspirational leader who takes a hands on approach to building team oriented employees. He is responsible for the vision, strategic direction, marketing and sales activities of TPS.

I used this company for awhile but unfortunately i scheduled with them last week and they no showed never called to explain which would have been nice probably would have used them again if they had. I tried calling to see what happened and phone was forwarded to vm and not taking any vm due to it full.

I have used this company several times and I’ve always been very happy with the job they do and the cost. I called them on Tuesday of this week to come out some time this week. I was told they would come that day. They never showed. I called them again on Friday morning, since they had not called or came by, and they said they would be here that day. It is now Saturday and I have yet to hear from them. I needed the carpet and sectional couch cleaned before a party tomorrow and now that won’t get done. If they would’ve just told me on Tuesday that they couldn’t make it I would’ve called someone else. I am so disappointed in this company. I will never use them or recommend them again. They are very unprofessional and unreliable.

I called Texas Pro Solutions to fix our bathtub faucet that wouldn’t turn on and wouldn’t turn a stream of running water off. Not only were they quick to respond, thorough in explaining what was wrong (and shutting off the wasted water) but they saved me a trip to Home Depot with a toddler by replacing the faucet handle for me. That alone is worth gold!
The price came in less than expected, too. Will be utilizing their services again without hesitation!

We needed a dehumidifier and fans to dry up some water after the AC leaked under our hardwood and tile. We called Texas Pro Solutions because we had seen their sign on FM1626, which is close to our house. They came out really fast to access our situation. We were hooked up with what we needed, they even came out again when a fan blade had an issue. They were super nice to work with and were very knowledgeable.
When you have a problem like this, sometimes you can get taken advantage of, but the president Scott, was super honest and polite and cut us a good deal on what we needed. They did not try to over-​rent us what we did not need and they even gave us a microbial floor spray for free.
When they picked up the equipment, we found out they they do make-​ready, all kinds on home repair and plumbing. We look forward to working with them again.

I hired Texas Pro Solutions to clean the floor tile and grout in my home. They showed up on time and went right to work. The tile floors looked much better after they finished the work. The crew was pleasant and professional and took great care while using their equipment in my home. Their price was, by far, much less than some of the other tile cleaning folks I contacted. I recommend them if you need similar services performed.

Tony is the man ! My boyfriend and I bought a new kitchen sink and facet and needed to help with installation. One quick phone call and Tony was at our house the next morning. No project is ever easy but he did a wonderful job and look forward to working with him again in the future.
