I help both individuals and couples figure out their relationships. There are some things you just can’t tell friends or even family. I understand that finding the right therapist can be overwhelming. I get it. I’m not here to judge. I’m here to offer a safe space where you can be free to talk honestly about what you are really thinking and feeling. My therapy style is interactive. I work on finding solutions to move forward and not just rehashing old fights.

As an objective outsider, I can offer a safe space where you can be free to talk honestly about what you are really thinking and feeling. I want to help you find out what is best for you and your future.

I am an active participant in the therapeutic process; I strive to understand your problem and to provide guidance and feedback. I will not just sit back and nod my head.

I am a pro-​marriage therapist. What does that mean? It means that I actively try to help your marriage and will communicate hope that you solve your marital problems. I am NOT neutral. I want you to work out your problems and keep your partnership intact. I assume that if you have chosen me as a counselor you hope it works out too. Sound simple? You would be surprised! Be sure to ask any potential relationship therapist her position on this issue.
