They just helped me get a great lease deal on a brand new BMW M2. More importantly I tried to get this model on my own but since it’s a brand new model, local dealers did not have available in stock. Thanks to Stellar I was able to get one of the first cars in SoCal. Inevitably the price was over sticker price but still better than expected. Thank you guys for all the work it took to work out

I recently purchased my 2006 Honda Element from Stellar Auto which turned out to be a great buy. The car has its expected maintenance but Ari, the salesperson that helped me, is currently taking great care of the issues.
I appreciated most was the straight forward purchase. I presented what I was willing to do and Ari worked with in my limits. Very casual and stress free which was not what I expected.
It has been a little over a month since I have had the vehicle and I just keep enjoying it more and more. Thank you again Ari for making sure I felt happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Stellar Auto!

I have spent the better part of this year searching for a mint condition SL550 Mercedes. I have probably seen 25 of them (low end estimate). I drove down to stellar auto yesterday and saw the one they had for sale… it was dusty (from being next to the airport) but the actual car was incredibly clean. The interior was perfect, the body was perfect, and mechanically the engine sounded brand new. Seemed too good to be true, so I took it to MB Encino for an inspection.2 hours later all they found was that a cabin air filter needed to be changed, which stellar auto changed for free. Special thanks to Ted (the owner) and Bella (the sales manager), for being so flexible around my schedule and working with my credit union to make the deal happen.

I’ve never been big on car shopping. Lots of time out of an already busy schedule, and you have to deal with seasoned sharks while feeling completely out of your element. I’d taken some trips to a few of the local big-​name dealers until I had the worst customer service experience at Van Nuys Subaru. I told the rep never to talk to me or my son ever again.
Having closed the book on the world of corporate car sales, I opted to check out the local Craigslist ads. Eventually I ended up on Stellar Auto’s lot to take a look at a charger, and I was in love. Ari was extremely helpful with every aspect of the purchasing process, and even got me a great deal on a powertrain warranty! It’s rare that I can walk into an establishment and feel so welcomed by the staff, let alone feel like I’m in the company of people who are truly knowledgeable about what they sell.

Great dealership with professional workers. Ari and Bella were really helpful and made sure I got the best deal possible on my 2000 Mercedes E350. It was really a great find and the workers were not pushy and gave me all the information I needed. The car runs smoothly and I am really happy with the purchase.

This is truly an amazing dealer to buy a car, I came into this dealer the workers Bella and Ari helped me out to find a top of the line 2013 Volvo C30 that is running smoothly as its suppose to and when I asked them if I can get the windows tinted they gave me a good deal. I recommend this dealer to anyone that tells me if they are looking to buy any try of car!!! BEST DEALS FROM ANYWHERE!!!

Buyer beware
I bought my daughters first car from Stellar auto. I found it on Craig’s list. I spoke to Ari the sales man. He was very nice over the phone. We had made an appointment and went to see the car and we liked it, and the next day we bought the car. The sale went smooth and we were on our way. The next morning I went to my mechanic and right away he found multiple safety problems. This was in the first 20minutes he found things that needed immediate attention; I had talked to Ari and he had me speak to his boss Shawn. Shawn told me to take it to his mechanic and they would look at the issues. The next morning I took it to Stellar autos mechanic.
The mechanic found the safety problems and agreed these things needed to be fixed. The mechanic called Shawn to let him know. Shawn said that stellar auto would cover the costs of the repair. I felt better that they would stand behind their product that they sold. Shortly after I spoke to Shawn he called me back and told me his boss wouldn’t cover the full cost of the repair and we had to come up with half. I came up with the $ 420 dollars. One day later the car was back on the road. When I picked the car up the mechanic placed a faulty valve stem on the tire and had a flat tire on my way home.
If I had to buy a car again from stellar auto I wouldn’t and I would advise anyone thinking about buying a car from them be warned. This safety issue should have been caught before selling the car. Bad unsafe tires, Bad strut mount and a leaking exhaust manifold. My mechanic found this in 5 minutes. If I didn’t take the car to my mechanic my daughter 18 years old would be in danger of getting in accident or worse losing her life.
Not once did the owner talk to me and tell me how sorry he was about these problems. On top of that Ari told me that I would get the extra key in the mail in 2 weeks and when I asked about the key to Shawn he laughed at me.
Be aware of this shady used auto dealer!

Buying a used car is not fun. Stellar made it as easy as can be, though. Worked with Ari throughout the entire process. He was quick, honest, responsive, kind, and the exact opposite of the sleazy used car guys you see so many places. This is a professionally run operation. I felt totally comfortable at every point in the process, and never had any reason to doubt their integrity. Sometimes you see pictures of a car, and then when you go to see it, it’s not at all as nice in person. My car was even better, cleaner, and nicer in person than in the photos. I would recommend Stellar Auto highly!

Just bought a Jaguar from Stellar Auto inc and I could not be happier. No pressure salesman pitch and the whole experience was on my own terms. I flew into Burbank and Ari had the car washed and detailed. Ari offered a car for me to go to Starbucks while the Jaguar was being detailed.
I drove the Jaguar off the lot and drove it home 300 miles to the Bay Area without a problem. A very solid car-​as stated by Oleg and Ari. I had that much confident in their words that I bought a one way ticket into Burbank. Definitely will consider a 2^nd vehicle from Stellar Auto Inc!

I came in traded my old car and bought a 2012 BMW. Love the car runs great!!! Bella and Ari were so kind and helpful I explained to them what I was looking for and my budget and they found me what I was looking for and even more then I expected I can afford. The car runs great looks brand new has no odor In the exterior couldn’t ask for anything else great service!!! Never been to a dealership where everyone was kind and didn’t make me feel bad and pressured like other dealerships i went to before I found this great dealership.

I just had a great experience buying my next car here. I was surprised that a nine year old car looked as nice in person as it did on their website. And best of all is that Oleg worked out a good financing deal for me with a bank despite my challenging credit situation. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealer.

I’m still totally i love with my find from Stellar. I was shopping for cars on their site and came across a Jetta. After days of being unable to stop thinking about it I made a call and spoke with Bella who helped me through the process. The car was in great condition and after getting me a great deal with the bank, Bella let me know that they would detail it for me!
I’m so happy with my purchase, it was a great experience purchasing it and it’s great to call it mine!

Absolutely Unreal.
Spent the time to look at a 2008 Lexus for Blue-​book value no less. Offered them CASH, and the deal I got was 300.00 off their asking price. (Really??) OLEG was nice enough to sweeten the deal just enough in fees that I obliged and was ready to pick up the car in 24 Hours.
Upon exiting the car lot, Noticed a rather large dent/​scratch in the passenger door. Decided, I wasn’t going to let it effect my decision.
Oleg stated ALL SALES FINAL. Now, the reason for going to a professional lot in the first place rather than a private party is to gain some assurance. I was already starting to feel hinky about the deal.
Just coming back from my test drive, the SUNROOF WOULD NOT CLOSE ON THE CAR.
I stated I would be there with 10,500.00 for their 152,000 mileage vehicle in 24 hours providing they fix the sunroof. I was told no worries.
«Arri» calls me the next day and says the sunroof «You have to jiggle it» as it has an issue — and I would need to take the car as is.
KEEP YOUR CAR that has been sitting on the web now for over three months.
I find the situation hilarious. the only thing STELLAR about this place is their amusing ignorance.
Oh, by the way guys. .. IT WOULD REALLY HELP SALES IN THE FUTURE IF BY VIEWING A CAR BY APPOINTMENT — YOU WASH THE STUPID CAR FIRST.

Had such a great experience. Buying a car was as pleasant as talking to a friend. I felt like they cared about what they were selling. Very respectful and easy to do business with. And they were extremely patient with me and my mother’s joint craziness.

Stellar Auto was a little further than my husband and I had wanted to drive to see a car, but they had exactly what I was looking for, and it was worth the drive. The staff there didn’t act like salesmen; they were super chill, and I didn’t feel pressured or stressed about anything. They did everything to make me feel comfortable. Ari and Oleg have great integrity and follow through on what they say even after the sale has been finalized. I highly recommend checking out Stellar Auto for your next car buying experience. I love my Honda Element, she’s the prettiest one out there and runs great!

Buyer beware!!!
I took this place to the BBB for quoting new tires on a used car purchase. The tires I ended up receiving on my vehicle ran flat and were the wrong size for the vehicle, not to mention the tires were in fact used tires as opposed to the promised «new tires» they mentioned during purchase. In a settlement with the BBB they agreed to reimburse me for new tires I ended up purchasing. In the end after following up for many months, I received the same response each time. «Check is on the way» to which it never arrived. Shame on you Stellar for not being able to fulfill your obligations to your customers, just to save a couple hundred dollars. All things come full circle!

Working with Logan to arrange a vehicle purchase was great. He certainly gave a good impression.
Sadly though the rest of this company’s practices are less than stellar. They wasted both my time and money by selling a vehicle that I had paid to inspect the night before I arrived and then only informed me of this when I was already in Los Angeles. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars for both a pointless pre-​sales inspection but also the travel costs to and from LA.
I highly advise not buying from them unless you are local to the Los Angeles area.

Buying a used car… it’s never easy. Dealerships only know so much about the cars they’re selling, and most of them just want to close a deal so they can get paid and get you out of their hair. Though the process is never «fun», Logan, Ari, and Alex, and really all the guys at Stellar were my favorite kind of dealership to work with: low pressure, transparent, responsive, and personable.
Impulse purchases are not my thing; before I even show up somewhere to look at a car I do all the research online and go in with a clear idea of what I want. I came across Stellar because they had exactly the car I was looking for (in this case a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4×4 with low miles in dark beryl green,) listed well below KBB dealer price. Naturally I did my homework on them, too, and was glad to see their reviews were consistently good. Now I’m back to confirm for the next guy or gal that these guys are legit.
Even knowing what I wanted, I probably visited Stellar four times before making my purchase, and every time I left feeling good about my interactions. Big dealerships won’t let you deviate from their one-​block radius on a test drive — what’s that going to tell you about a car’s handling? My wife and I got to take our time and get to know our vehicle first. (Confirmed: V8 Hemi is badass.)
My car of choice had a number of superficial ‘as-​is’ quirks to it, but after taking the car to my mechanic for an inspection and identifying some misc. repairs (center brake light was out, tire pressure monitor battery was dead, etc.) I worked with the guys to arrive at a very fair price that included the cost of addressing all of my concerns. The negotiation process was never contentious or manipulative, and I feel good about the deal.
Since then I’ve gotten more than one follow-​up call to make sure all was well with the car, and that the agreed-​upon repairs were all done to my standards. It’s a nice touch that gives me confidence in my purchase, and the confidence to recommend Stellar to you, too.

Unilocaliphany # 1
well, today was a Unilocaliphany day for me. This review and the next 2 would not have happen without Unilocal.
I found this Volvo XC90 on Craigs list, we were looking to replace the one we lost in an accident.
We found the car that was exactly what we were looking for and a bit more.
I fired up Unilocal and put in their name and they had great reviews (now they will have one more) so
I called Oleg on Sunday to stopped by, the car was on the way to the lot when there was an issue with the struts so they took it to their mechanic to replace them.
I asked him to call me Monday when the car made it to the lot. I got the call at 11am Monday. We when ad checked out the car and it was as listed looked good ran good
I asked Oleg if we could take it ti a mechanic he said of course so he took a picture of my license and we were on our way to Unilocaliphany # 2
Once the guys at Zen Volvo checked it out and gave it the green light (BTW they really did change the struts) we went back tho the dealership and did a little back and forth settled on a price, I ran up the street to First Entertainment CU and got the loan from them in less than an hour (I am a Member) brought the letter of credit back to Oleg and drove that baby home .
they did a great job not pressuring us and were very nice to deal with.
