(TTI) is a computer service organization which specializes in providing microcomputer support solutions for a wide range of corporate clients (including enterprise, medium, and small businesses) in Southern California and for regional offices across the United States and Canada. In fact, TTI has been providing on-​site hardware, software and Help Desk support services to our customers for over 25 years.

History

Established in 1987.

Brendan Turner, President and CEO of Turner Techtronics, Inc. (TTI), founded the company in 1987 in true entrepreneurial tradition after obtaining his technical degrees and extensive field and management experience in the microcomputer service industry.

TTI is an Authorized Service Center for a host of prominent manufacturers, including Apple, Lenovo, and Hewlett Packard. We support their various computers, laptops and printer products. Since 1987, we have earned multiple awards every year for outstanding service and support as well as for excellent customer satisfaction. While many companies continue to leverage us for hardware and software support (both warranty and post-​warranty services as well as equipment installs/​moves), we also offer an array of other specialized services including professional staffing services, asset management, desktop configuration/​image management, equipment relocations, special projects, and on-​site and, notably as well, remote Help Desk services.

Went in to have a new SSD and RAM module installed on my new Lenovo T450S. Yopi handled my computer and installed it in under two hours. I received the laptop back in perfect working order.
Came back the next day to have the contents of the original HDD transferred over to the SSD. Yopi handled it within an hour.
4 days later everything still works perfectly fine and there have been no errors.
They’re certified by Lenovo to work on the T450S. Great service, professional approach, very knowledgeable, and fast turnaround time at a fair price. What more could you want?

After I got a virus on my computer, I kept getting popups while using the Internet, so I called Turner Techtronics and I took my computer in. They were able to get my computer back to me the same day, and for a very reasonable price.

On the reccomendation of another trusted IT/​computer guru, I went to Turner with a busted graphics card on my 2011 Macbook Pro which fortunately was covered by a recall sent out by Apple.
Yoppy– who was incredibly friendly and helpful– took my Mac in, replaced the motherboard, and had it back to me next day.
I couldn’t be happier with the work done, with the service, or with the speed. I can’t recommend this place higher.

I wanted an appraisal on my laptop because I had damaged it and didn’t know if it was worth fixing, but I at least wanted to get all my files transferred to a hard drive.
I called and they said they had a $ 65 diagnostic fee and it went towards the fee to transfer files from the hard drive but I argued that I would just be paying the fee in case the hard drive was damaged. They then agreed to waive the diagnostics fee!
Getting there was great because there is plenty of parking in the back so you save the time and hassle of looking for street parking. I was seen right away and they opened up my computer and took out my hard drive in front of me. I loved seeing them showing what they were doing and that made me feel even more comfortable with their service. Within minutes I saw that the hard drive was ok. I received all my files the next day and, although I found out it would cost too much to fix my laptop, I received impeccable service all the way through.

Yoppy was very helpful. I brought my iMac in for an ip address issue. He was able to pinpoint the problem right away, fixed it, and sent me on my way in a matter of minutes. Free of charge. I will take my business here anytime with that kind of service.

I have an older MacBook Pro that has started shutting down and restarting at random intervals. I’ve suspected that it might be time for a new laptop, but didn’t want to make a hasty decision, so I decided to take my MacBook to Turner Techtronics based on the great Unilocal reviews. I worked with Yoppy, and he definitely met and exceeded my expectations. I dropped off my laptop in the morning and within an hour, Yoppy called me to share the news that my laptop would require a $ 600 repair. But, rather than trying to talk me into this rather pricey fix, Yoppy was honest that if he were me he’d likely just buy a new laptop, and proceeded to do some quick research for me on the current pricing for MacBook Pros and Airs. I greatly appreciated his honesty and integrity, and complete lack of any sort of hard sell. I would definitely return, and would recommend Turner to anyone hoping for straightforward advice and a very professional approach to computer repair.

Continually where we go to get our computers fixed and have been routinely very satisfied. Have tried some other places in the past from the big tech stores to some smaller ones and have been disappointed with the slow return, high prices, and often not having fixed the problem. However, have taken computers in to get them cleaned up and fixed here multiple times as well as having them assist with wireless in our home it has yielded some incredible results and the prices are incredibly fair and logical. Very happy with the business and service here-​highly recommended for any and all computer, wireless, and network needs!

My mac book pro was in need of a serious upgrade. I was under a tight deadline and it was really hard for me to give up my computer for repair, but I’m really glad I did. John and Yoppy worked together and they got my laptop done in one day! I’m so grateful! My 2011 had 4gb memory and a 320gb hard drive. I now have 8gb memory, 1tb hard drive. All this, which included data transfer, parts and labor, for under $ 300. Yoppy even gave me a few tips to keep my hard drive running for a long time! I’m pretty sure I may have this computer for another 3 years or more now. Don’t replace, repair!

OK, this is a LONG overdue review. Back in 2007, I had a Macbook Pro that was a month old and something… bad… happened. I called Apple Support or iSupport or whatever they call themselves these days and they said it would be under warranty and they referred me to Turner.
I brought in my computer, they said they’d check it out, told me upfront that if it was X, Y, or Z, it wouldn’t be covered by warranty and there’d be a charge. The next morning they called and said it was [something technical], it was fully covered, and once the replacement part arrived in a few days, it would be a quick repair. I expressed my need to get back to work with the computer ASAP as I was on a schedule, and they were very understanding and offered to call the supplier of the replacement part to see if it could be expedited.
Excellent service, especially when you know the customer won’t be paying you, is a sign of a really good work ethic that I respect and appreciate.
I apologize for taking 7 years to write this review — I was going through old documents yesterday and found their receipt.

My hard drive in my 27″ iMac also died. I first went to melrose Mac. They quoted me $ 500 for a new 1 tb drive and an additional $ 500 to attempt to back the dead drive. I called apple the gave me a few local authorized repair places. I called all of them, turner techtronics gave the best quote. Had my iMac back quickly, the folks there were friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommended…

Yoppy rocks! The hard drive on my 2006 Macbook Pro died and the Apple store said it was obsolete and I’d have to go through an authorized Apple rep instead. So after looking on Apple’s site and then comparing what I found on Unilocal,I opted for Turner Techtronics because of the great reviews they already had. Always a good sign. Glad I did! For under $ 200, with the replaced hard drive and labor, not to mention friendly Yoppy, plus the added (and rather helpful) bonus of him locating hundreds and hundreds of formerly lost photos and documents and such, plus his assistance in uploading the updated operating system that I had on disc. What a relief and what fantastic turn around time! He had it ready the following day and I even waited a day to pick it up because he beat me to it! Super service. Will definitely return if another one decides to bite to dust :)

My hard drive on my 27″ iMac bit the dust. Apple quoted $ 265 and 3 – 5 business days to get it fixed. It wasn’t the price but really the timeframe that was an issue. I brought my computer in to Turner at 9AM and it was out by 4. They charged $ 204 with tax. My computer was in working order and I could not believe how slow it had gotten when the hard drive was failing when comparing my newly fixed computer. I was a bit skeptical to take my computer elsewhere besides the Apple store but as an authorized service provider they lived up to their hype.
Bonus: The people were friendly too.

This place is amazing. Yoppi is the man. He is intelligent, competent, professional, prompt, extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He is the real deal here. I had a worn out Lenovo thinkpad that was put back together like it was brand new by Yoppi. He went above and beyond the call of duty. My laptop looks almost like the day I bought it. He is a good problem-​solver and takes initiative in helping the customer.

Pretty simple, I called
to repair my 17.3 inch HP Pavillion laptop screen. They seemed knowledgeable, had OK pricing, so I drove 20 miles to Burbank. Not tricks or gimmicks, as I expected to be jacked around. Called me a couple hours later to tell me it was complete. Computer looked brand new. Tech/​Mike took the time to tell me all about the screen industry and the way the quality ratings work, and they only use A+ rated screens.

Yopi always does timely repairs of my company’s ThinkPads. The quality of the work is excellent, and I’ve never had a problem with these guys. Highly recommended also if you have a Mac or an HP.
