Reserved a limo to pick my family and myself up late on Monday, Labor Day. Called the appropriate number after we got our bags and asked for the car to pick us up at Terminal 3. Got a call back 10 minutes later stating they could NOT get a hold of the driver. We took a cab home. Very disappointed. No call the next day to apologize.
Very poor.

Best limo company in SF Bay Area, used them many times for business and personal trips. Always prompt, on time, cars are always clean and pleasure to ride in.

SF Limo is my go-​to-​choice for all my airport travel needs. I rely on them exclusively to get me to the airport on time and with no hassle. Each time I call to reserve a car, Oleg is helpful, responsive and curteous. I often need a ride in the very early mornings and the driver is always there to pick me up on time. I have never had to wait a minute. There are several drivers, but each is always punctual, well-​dressed and professional. I have no desire to look elsewhere and allways recommend SF Limo to friends and family.

I booked this company via phone call for a last minute request for a ride to SFO. The car arrived on time and the driver was polite and courteous. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely use them again in the future!

We needed a ride to the airport and I found a 20% discount for first time clients online. When I called to book, Oleg was polite and professional. We had a 7 am flight, so had to be at the airport early in the morning. The car picked us up on time, was impeccably clean, and the driver was courteous and quiet. Overall a very pleasant experience, will definitely use this service again!

Booked a ride to SFO via their website and they confirmed with an email a few hours later. The email stated the price to be higher than the special offer on the site that I qualified for — when I responded to the email asking about this I did not receive a response back and they insisted on charging me the higher amount when we got to the airport. When the driver picked me up he did not know which airport we were going to or my airline — even though I had given all of this information on their online form. Wouldn’t use this service again.

My daugher and I were going to take a vacation to San Diego, having not had great service from a shuttle service I decided to take a limo service. Searched the internet and found SF limo. Made reservations for pick up at our house and made a reservation for the return. Should have known that was too simple.
They were very prompt picking us up at our house and delivering us to the airport. Price wasn’t bad. Thus the one star.
We returned from San Diego. I had asked them to pick us up at 4 P.M. on our return day. I called them to say we were just landing. They told me to call when we had picked up our luggage. I did just that and the phone went to voice mail. I left a message where we were and that we would be waiting, I also left my phone number. No call came, no limo came. 10 minutes later I called again and left another message. Still no call back and no limo. My daughter tried. We were very patient. In fact we waited 40 minutes, then I decided to go down and get a taxi who promptly took us home for 14 dollars less. I gave the taxi driver a nice tip. I did call the limo service and of course it went to voice mail, again, I left a message not to bother picking us up after leaving us stranded for 40 minutes and that we took a taxi.
Will never use that company again. Try any other limo service. Saving grace was I did not pre-​pay. They only wanted cash also.

I have nothing but the best to say about this company, their service and the drivers. Whenever I’m in the city and in need of any type of transfer, I always rely on them for exceptionally quick pick-​up and drop-​off as well as curteous service. They always arrive on time no matter the location and treat me like a truly valued customer. The cars are always very clean, the drivers look professional, open doors, help with luggage and the cost is hardly higher than that of a taxi. I highly recommend SF Limo to anyone in need of tranportation to/​from the airport or within and around SF.

I had a great experience with these guys! I called them up on a short notice to drive me from the downtown to SFO very early in the morning. The driver was prompt and very helpful. Half of the street was closed off that day, so he had to park in a weird spot. Then he walked to my door to help me with luggage. He was very corteus and patient.

I recently scheduled an airport transfer for my in-​laws and when confirming the service, I asked to prepay for the service, which they happily did. Upon checking my credit card bill, I noticed they overcharged me for the service. I called them and spoke with a gentleman that was not helpful at all, he could not credit my account for the overcharge and would not tell me whom I needed to speak with to get this resolved. I asked that someone follow up with me regarding this overcharge BUT no one EVER got back to me. In these ecomonic times, I would think that companies such as this one would want to provide the best possible customer service to generate/​keep clients, but clearly this company does not want my business again. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.
