Specialties
Pedalers Fork is a lifestyle concept that seeks to incorporate great food, cycling and awesome coffee into one location where all are welcome. We are a farm direct restaurant partnered with 10 Speed Coffee Roasters from Hood River Oregon, serving craft beers, a fresh bar, and a boutique cycling shop in Calabasas, CA.
Here at Pedalers Fork, we believe that good food begins with amazing ingredients. Because of this, we have worked tirelessly to find and build relationships with the best local growers and ranchers. The quality of our fruits, produce, meats, and fish enables us to craft dishes that highlight the true flavors that are inherent in the respective ingredients.
No matter the meal, we want our patrons to walk out of Pedalers Fork feeling whole, healthy, and a part of the community we are building.
History
Established in 2013.
As the brainchild of friends Robbie Schaeffer, and Gideon Kleinman, Pedalers Fork, which opened in 2013, shares their passions for dining, entertaining and cycling to the locals and visitors of Calabasas, CA.
«For us, it’s a restaurant first and foremost, but it’s a healthy lifestyle that we embrace, says Robbie Schaeffer. «We want Pedalers Fork to be a place for people to meet, eat, ride and stay to enjoy one another. It’s about taking a break from the demands of life and finding enjoyment, be it in the dining, fine coffee, or interpersonal experience. It’s really what you make of it.»
Pedlars Fork has earned itself many fans so far and looks forward to adding you to its long list of happy customers! Stop by for a coffee, beer, or post-ride meal today!
