yesterday the owner Dave came out for an estimate. It was our final one after two very expensive ones, over 15,000 dollars, and we were prepared for more bad new. After spending some time on our roof he came down and said we had about three more years before a reroof would be needed and suggested our handyman could patch the one tiny leak we had. He spent quite some time talking to my husband and even told him how to replace skylights ect. He said he has enough business and dosent need to take advantage of people. So we were so happy and will be calling him when its time for sure. Thank you Dave. By the way one of the other estimates was from a well established company who tried to sell us everything.

I was promised an estimate between 10 – 11 am on Saturday and no one ever called or showed up. I called and canceled. Integrity — Zero.

You should not be impressed when a companyy performs as it should but I am totally impressed with this company’s performance and price. Dave Klinker, the owner and a very affable gentleman, came out to give me an estimate. He was very thorough, explained everything and answered all questions I had. He left roofing sample boards, literature, a list of many references and a contract if we decided to hire his company. There were other roof’s being replaced in our neighborhood so we had other estimates and watched the other companies timelines and job performance. We decided to hire Alta Cal. I am so glad we did! The materials used are top quality and the crew was cordial and hardworking. They took 4 days to complete the job. We had a lot of dry rot issues. That was the unknown factor in the contract. It could not be estimated until the roof was torn off. I was worried I might get «soaked» on the dry rot repairs. Not the case at all! The finished price was a little bit lower than what I had budgeted. The crew cleaned up daily. After the job was complete I had a garbage pile that needed to be hauled away. A very nice young man came out the next morning to clean up and haul away. I didn’t even have dust left on the driveway! I am extremely pleased with this company’s price and performance and would highly recommend them!
