A stroke of artistic genius paints a totally new picture of what is possible when friends, couples or colleagues get together for a Bottle & Bottega art party — an experience unlike any other. One part artistic adventure and one part cocktail party, Bottle & Bottega inspires the inner artist in everyone regardless of skill or practice, through a blend of hands-​on art sessions, on-​site professional instruction and, of course, a glass of your favorite wine. Bottle & Bottega paint and wine parties are perfect for individuals, couples and groups of all sizes for a variety of personal and professional occasions.

Business Owner

When Stacy started a Bottle & Bottega in San Jose in 2104, she wanted to bring creativity to her neighborhood. Classes there help students paint colorful landscapes, flowers, and seasonal scenes, and they’ll always provide a chance for socializing, sipping drinks, and unleashing creative energy. There’s a wide variety of media involved, so those students might be painting glass or recreating a famous work of art under the tutelage of a trained artist at a variety of locations around town.

We had a work group event with theses guys. It was fantastic. Staff were great, gave simple instructions & then encouraged everyone to go their own way. Our group was pretty diverse, they got everyone onto it. I found there is a direct correlation between wine consumption and my artistic ability. Good wine & fun time. Going by their location to have another go. Great group event, well managed, good people. One of the best team building event we have done. Thanks Sonia & Stacy!

Went to my first paint party here and it was great. Very close to downtown Campbell, great location.
When registering for the class we were able to give the names of everyone in our group so we were sat together. Instruction was great, very fun night out with friends!

First time here, I loved it! Our instructor cassandra was amazing! The wine was cheap, the experience was awesome. Cassandra was helpful and friendly. I will definitely return to this establishment. Highly reccomend this!

Came here for new years eve and I was impressed! We brought in snacks and they were okay with that so that’s a big plus with me. I chose to copy a painting on the wall instead of the one the group was doing. The instructor took her time and was great with pouring additional paints and supplying napkins and all that. I love the little bar area! Business was clean and so was the bathroom! Everyone was great

The instructor Cassandra rushed the last hour (2 hours painting event)
The painting areas are TINY, I do not understand why they set our supplies and seats 1 inch from each other and I had another chair behind me TWO FEET AWAY and they do in fact have space to seat more in the back but for some reason wanted everyone to sit on top of each other… I have no words for this stupidity. At one point my painting was leaning against the person in front of me and later the person behind me actually sat back in her seat and we hit heads, not pleasant to say the least.

It is a cute little place, cozy and colorful. There is a «bar» area in the back with plenty of space to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, a mimosa, beer, etc. We were allowed to bring our own snacks, so we had brie with crackers, dried fruits, candied nuts, dark chocolate and fruit to go with our wine… it was great! The session was lead by a very patient and easy-​going teacher who somehow managed to get our group of four (non-​painterly types) to paint something that resembled the inspiration piece. We were all very pleased! It was a really fun experience that allowed us all to forget our worries for a little while and do something creative and engaging. I’m really glad we went. Thank you to the entire staff at Bottle & Bottega for the lovely evening.

I hosted a Bridal Shower/​Bachelorette party here. I had never done Paint Nite personally let alone at Bottle and Bottega, I had no idea what we were in for. Stacy was great through the whole process of answering my inquiry all the way till the end of the party. It was organized, they went above and beyond to help us with set up, take down, serving and all accommodations. I was a little stressed and they did all they could to minimize my stress. From serving wine to the guests, cutting brownies that came uncut to organizing the mess i made!
I will be coming back for more parties and personal painting– i am hooked!

My favorite paint place ever! The instructor was Vee patient and took the time to walk around and help anyone with questions. The owners were always there and were very friendly! They accommodated us in every way possible. They had a great selection of drinks and snacks. The ambiance was amazing. It was very peaceful and the walls were covered in beautiful art work done by the instructors. I have come back 6 times in the past 2 – 3 months. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to have fun and create something beautiful

Attractive paintings to paint.
Our instructor Sonia was pleasant and helpful. There is another instructor who roamed around to help as well. They also had staff to help offer drinks so you are not waiting around too long to get what you need.
Smaller studio dedicated to painting. It did get a little loud as there are more than one painting being taught on a Friday night. I was able to hear the instructor well despite that.
Wine and snacks can be purchased. There is no substantial food so be sure to eat before hand.
They provide plenty of paint and colors.
Plenty of parking.
Started 30 minutes late due to late patrons which cut into the painting time.

I like this place a lot. Though some people in our group drank a lot, the owners and instructors were very patient and we all had a great time! We had a large group, so next time we plan to make a reservation for a private party.

Back in June, my friend and I attended a fundraiser event for the Humane Society in Los Gatos.
We had some great appetizers and drinks before heading in to paint. Our server was great and we took her up on some recommendations and we were not disappointed.
The set up is off to the side of the bar with curtains closing us off from the rest of the bar and grill patrons. Each person brought a picture of their pet so we had to sketch on our own. Stacey and the other staff were always walking around checking on everyone. A great way to spend 2 hours doing something different with friends. You go home with a painting of your beloved pet. My only compliant was the lighting. Not so bad in the beginning because of the natural light from the big windows but as the night went on it got so dark. The lady next to me used the light from her phone to finish up. Then I did the same thing.

Staff was nice enough but instructor was quiet and didn’t explain the steps of the painting very well. Seems like he forgot we are novice painters, saying «this part is self explanatory». There would be long periods of silence and at the end he seemed more interested in just finishing his painting than guiding the group to help them finish theirs. A different instructor would have made the experience a lot more fun.
Also, while I appreciated that it was priced less than other companies that included wine, those of us that weren’t drinking should be given complimentary water at the very least.
I’ve enjoyed the paint night experiences I’ve had in the past and won’t be visiting this studio again.

Had my finance’s birthday party here and we would all highly recommend it! The staff was darling, and very accommodating. They let us bring wine, cheese and snacks for our guests. They also will let you choose your type of music.
The studio is clean, stocked, colorful, well lit, and cheerful. We loved the image we picked, and all had a blast.
We are looking forward to coming back!

What a great way to spend time with your friends and do something out of the box. Stacy went above and beyond to make sure the event went off as scheduled. We had all types of painters/​creative minds in our group — some more interested in cocktails than canvas (so something for everyone)! I can’t wait to share this experience with more of my friends.

This event was so much fun! My friend and I went to paint night at Los Gatos Bar and Grill and painted with Bottle & Bottega. We were both nervous because neither of us are very artistic. When we got there, we were greeted by a very warm and welcoming woman who told us where we would be sitting. We got there right on time, but most other people arrived around 6:30 (half hour late) so we did all get a late start.
There were easels, paint, canvas, brushes, etc all setup for us. They have the drawing sketched out to help guide you. The instructor talked us through mixing colors, what kind of brush strokes to use, etc. I was surprised at the end, my painting actually looked pretty good! All in all we had a great time and I am looking forward to going back!

We just joined the 2 lovely ladies of Bottle and Bottega tonight at Luigi’s in Campbell. Its their 2nd event out here, and I actually liked it because it was small and therefore much more personal. Great team with lots of support and encouragement. My bf was their first make student out here, and he really enjoyed it too. It was super fun, and I can’t wait for them to open their studio so I can come with my niece who loves to paint! :)
