In May of 2015, Eric Owner /​Chef started Lean Feast so people that are always on the go, and busy can eat correct and lose weight at the same time. Lean Feast is a Clean Eating Meal Prep business. No frozen food. No oil added. Clean, lean and most of all, affordable and convenient.

I owner /​Chef Eric, was over weight and not comfortable in my own skin. I made the change to eat better 80% of the time. On the weekends I would eat out and have family time. During the week (at the time) I was a route driver for a linen company. I was always on the go and my first go to was a taco truck or fast food. I was over it. I started looking up healthy recipes online and started meal prep cooking on the weekends, so I would have lunches and dinners during the week. After a few weeks, I had a friend ask me to make there food weekly as well. After us both eating clean and healthy, we started to drop weight. All my customers (while on the go) would ask me where I got my food from. I simply told them, I made it. I use little black containers that are microwave safe and I would bring them in a lunch bag every day. After a few months went by, I started seeing more weight just drop off. At that point the trigger was pulled on the day job, and Lean Feast began.
