History

Established in 2014.

Coastal Premier Properties was opened in 2009 by successful realtors and co-​owners, Amy Green and Susan Meyers-​Pyke. In 2014, they opened two additional offices, including one in Carlsbad/​La Costa.

Business Owner

Amy Green and Susan Meyers-​Pyke have been helping the people of San Diego buy and sell real estate for over twenty years. Their combined knowledge and expertise led to the creation of their own real estate company, Coastal Premier Properties, in 2009. They wanted to create a new kind of real estate experience for their clients and in 2014, that vision led to the further expansion of their company into three offices around North County San Diego.
