Hi, my name is Rita and I am the founder of House of Style. I’m a seasoned stylist with 8 years and counting of work experience. My clients are teens, women and men from all ages and walks of life. It’s not about giving you my opinion on clothing, it’s about helping you make a huge shift in the way you dress and spend your money on clothing, with the ultimate goal of presenting you to the world with your best dressed foot forward.

My introduction of fashion came to me at an early age when my mom told me I couldn’t wear my grandma’s old, bedazzled, 1950s clip on earrings to school. I was only in the 5^th grade then and knew the pleasure I got from playing with grandma’s vintage jewelry, colorful patent purses, and 60s era heels was more so than other kids my age. The other kids wanted to dress up as the typical fairy princesses, but my innate sense of fashion was something more-​I wanted to create looks like no one else my age was doing.

As a teenager my sense of fashion escalated– I loved dressing all my girlfriends for school formal dances and doing their hair and make-​up before events. I had no idea then that there was such an occupation as a Personal Stylist and before I knew it I was looking back at over 25 years of helping style friends and family, both personally and professionally.
