Jesse was so easy to work with as we completed the sale of our home. Aside from being very good on the financial side of the transaction, Jesse was extremely responsive to the needs of my wife and I. The time frame between our initial meeting with Jesse to closing on our house was just 2 months! I wish it might have taken longer because Jesse and his assistant Jen were so pleasant to work with! My husband and I were first-​time home buyers, plus we were using a VA loan. Jesse briefed us on everything and we learned a lot about the process that no internet research could compare to. My favorite thing about working with Jesse is that after we’d walk thru a house, he would give us recommendations for how moving a wall or closet, etc, could change the feel of the home to accommodate our family — he understood what we were looking for. We first met Jesse by chance at a local restaurant, and liked him right away. We didn’t discuss real estate at the time (and weren’t really looking) but my wife kept his contact info. When the time came to choose a realtor, we interviewed several, and ended up choosing Jesse to represent us on both sides of our local move.
As a seller agent, Jesse did a great job of managing the process and keeping us informed along the way. Our buyers were using a very inexperienced agent, which created some unique challenges for us, but Jesse shielded us well from the daily stresses; he even managed to negotiate an additional $ 9k above the price we were willing to accept! He kept everything flowing smoothly via phone, text, email and docusign. We had some tricky timing with this sale, which created an interesting escrow situation, but Jesse guided us through the process with the lowest hassle-​per-​day rate we’ve ever experienced in a sale (and we’ve sold quite a few homes).
On the purchase side (which has its own challenges in this low-​inventory market), Jesse went above and beyond in getting us into our new home. We spotted the property with a ‘coming soon’ sign — Jesse got us in for a ‘preview’ and we were able to get an accepted offer on the day the house listed! As with the sale of our old home, Jesse kept everything moving smoothly. My wife likes a LOT of communication, and Jesse understood that, and kept her supplied with plenty of updates. Jesse introduced us to a great lender who got us a great loan; he provided his own contractor for repair work on both houses, which saved us a ton of money; he offered good advice on what to insist on and what to let go of (on contract dates & contingencies, requests for repairs, etc.).
