Can I just say that I love the service here?
Currently, I’m doing some projects for a small non-​profit from home and I occasionally need prints for meetings. I’ve been to the local office supply stores around town and dread having to deal with employees who don’t know how to use their equipment…
So it is a breath of fresh air when I come here, with my tiny print job and get superb service in just minutes. It’s true that they say ‘no job is too small”. The last time I went I only needed 15 copies of a single page. I stood in the lobby area– emailed my file, and voila– had my prints in less than 5 minutes! And both B/​W and color prints are half the cost of the office supply stores…
The only caveat is that as a business printer, you have to get in before 4:30 before they close.

Lost my business. I’ve used Minuteman Press when they were on Mission in Oceanside. Usually good results. Last few times though the communication problems resulted in less-​than-​satisfactory results. Making paper substitutions without first consulting with the customer? Completely unacceptable. I understand that papers get discontinued. But don’t proceed with a job with a substitute paper without first giving me a heads-​up. The paper they used as a substitute was nothing like what I ordered, and had I been given notice, I would have chosen one more closely like my original choice. Instead, they just went ahead wi printing. I was lucky that my client accepted the job, but I won’t risk using MP again. It’s stressful enough dealing with client requests, changes, deadlines, etc. I have to be able to depend on my printer. These guys have demonstrated that I can’t rely on them. I’ll be looking for a new local printer.

This place is fantastic! Literally half the price quoted by Staples and a really great ‘can do’ attitude. No job too small and super easy to deal with — I just emailed in my PDF, told them how many I wanted and bam, job done in a couple of hours!

I came in here about a week ago because I had a few more Save the Dates I needed printed for my wedding after printing and sending the bulk of them earlier. I had my files on a flash drive and was in a hurry, but had prepared myself for them being busy and needing to come back later in the day or even week (as I had to do at the print shop where I printed the first batch.) They quickly loaded my files, and something had gone wrong with my flash drive and they couldn’t open them. I was bummed because it had been about a 20 minute drive and I thought I’d have to go back and get my computer, but instead of turning me away they tried it on about 3 other computers and had 2 different employees trying to get it worked out. I don’t know what they did, but they quickly got my flash drive to work on another computer and printed everything I needed within about 15 minutes of my arrival! They even had the same exact paper (a white linen cardstock) that I had used at the other location! I was prepared to print on whatever they had, because I was in such a hurry to get them done but I was elated that they looked exactly the same as the others I had printed (at a MUCH more expensive printshop up near LA.) I had a FANTASTIC experience with these guys, EXCELLENT customer service and very reasonably priced! I really can’t say enough nice things about them. I will definitely be back again!

Absolutely outstanding. Getting married on Saturday and had nothing printed, and I needed multiple color documents in a hurry! Everyone was amazing– from helping me pick paper, adjust color and design, and making cuts. So accommodating and kept checking that it was perfect. Then came the bill– so so so affordable! Much cheaper than what I had been quoted elsewhere. The quality of the prints were far better than what I tried at FedEx/​Kinkos, and the customer service far exceeded what I experienced everywhere else. Only wish I had known about them sooner.

I have had several items printed for our insurance business. They print them quickly, accurately and with a good attitude. Their prices are also fair. Before printing multiple copies, they make sure the first copy looks right. I would highly recommend.

I found Minuteman Press on Unilocal and was impressed by so many great reviews. They are located very conveniently to me, and I’ve been scrambling to do photocopies and printing while in the midst of setting up a new printer, office, etc. I stopped by just to do some black-​and-​white self-​serve photocopies and was impressed by how helpful and friendly the gentleman was, and that the cost was a fraction of the price I’ve been paying at a well-​known office printing facility. I am thrilled to know that an affordable, helpful printing and photocopy business is there to help out whenever I need it.

Minuteman Press has unbeatable pricing. They are fast, efficient and even helpful in the design aspect of any projects. I only take my printing stuff here!

Poor communication and worse customer service. The owner promises to call you when something is done, he doesn’t. When you ask him about it he becomes defensive and acts like you are out of line for wanting him to do what he promised. NEVER, EVER, EVER doing business with them again. EVER!

Very happy with the speed and service here. There was even an error in one of the jobs we had done and they rocked out a reprint immediately and at no charge since it was their oversight.
Prices were very competitive and fair. Will definitely be a return customer.

I’ve been working with these guys for several years now. Always a quick turnaround! Always pleasant to work with! I never sacrifice qualify for price and I’ve never been disappointed.

I shopped around quite a bit for a good price on color copies here in town. Sometimes I need 1,000 copies fast and this is the place to do it. Great prices and excellent service. I had been burned by an online place that took over 3 weeks to fulfill the same thing these guys turned around in an afternoon. Very easy to work with. Awesome. Thanks, Minuteman Carlsbad!

This place has great prices and great service. Needed 100+ color copies, so I shopped around and found that Fedex Kinko’s charges 59 cents per copy, UPS charges 49 cents, and Minuteman Press charges 29 cents! Less than half the price of Fedex Kinko’s.
I was really impressed that the gentleman did the copies for me — I didn’t have to fumble with anything. He made sure to get it exactly how I wanted it before charging me for copies.
Also, it’s in a much more convenient location than it’s competition (if your a Carlsbad business). Will be back for laminates — they are about $ 2.50 here, and I’ve been quoted closer to $ 30 elsewhere!
