Josh Agadoni graduated from Biola University in 2006 and then moved back to his hometown of Carlsbad, because he couldn’t stay away. Who could? He has been in the industry since 2008. He found a deep appreciation for the business and decided to pursue it professionally by purchasing a long standing local company known as Puretec. He has been running Puretec (now Puretec Property Services), since 2010 and to this day truly enjoys keeping his hometown of North County San Diego looking beautiful and bright!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! We were AMAZED at how clean the windows were when they finished. My wife thought the screens were out and then realized everything was just super clean. Kudos to Josh for hiring such great workers. Miles and Adam worked hard, were completely professional and pleasant and did a great job!!! This is a small business that I will be recommending to all my neighbors and friends.

Getting your windows clean makes your house look so much better! Of course I find that out when I’m about to sell my house.. .I guess better late than never.
The entire staff is very pleasant and they came to my rescue and accommodated my last minute request. When does a company actually call you back when you leave a voice message? They did!
They meticulously cleaned all my windows, cleaned my screens and cleaned around the window sill areas. 2 guys worked diligently for 3 hours.. .and in the meanwhile I thought.. .phew…. .I’m so glad I didn’t do it myself. That would’ve taken me all day.. and actually it would have been impossible for me to get to the windows on the second story.
The price was very reasonable too.

I just wanted to write a quick review saying how pleased I am with Josh and his crew at Puretec. I have been using them for some years for window cleaning and screen maintenance — always done professionally. This time a bit more than that was needed — I was about to have solar installed, the house’s stucco was dirty, and my sidewalks and patio areas had mineral stains and mold. I turned to Puretec and was very happy. Josh worked me into his schedule in an extremely timely manner, as my solar was going to be installed soon — he did a great job cleaning our tile roof of mold, the house looked like it had been repainted and nearly all stains were lifted form the concrete. I will stay with Puretec for all my home maintenance needs.

Josh and his team came through again with a sterling performance! We have used him in the past for windows and been completely satisfied, today we had him clean the gutters, eves and all of our cement and the house sparkles. They are professional, neat and put everything back exactly where they found it. Great experience.

I’ve used these guys for years and they’re great. They just cleaned out my gutters and took fotos of before and after. Amazing! I had a garden growing in the gutters… and a few tennis balls from throwing them for the dogs. Need to have them come back and clean my roof soon and do the windows before summer. They also do my Christmas lights and repair or replace my window screens.

Great job! It’s so nice to see what the outside looks like again now that we have clean windows! Puretec was highly recommended to us by a couple of our friends, and I now know why first hand.
Josh called me about 45 minutes prior to our appointment time to let me know they were running ahead of schedule. He asked if it was OK to come and get started early! Josh and his uniformed crew were organized, friendly and professional. They wore booties in the house, cleaned up after themselves, and our windows look awesome!
Great service like this should be routine for every company, but rarely seems to be anymore.
