Established in 2006.

I started picking up investment properties right out of high school which led me to find my passion in real estate sales. I began my career with Keller Williams specializing in REOs and Short Sales. My business quickly grew as did my team in order to continually provide the level of service and communication I promise my clients. I now operate under La Costa Sales & Rentals, Inc. which is located in Carlsbad, CA where I also live. My brand, SeanSeamanRealEstate is committed to providing first-​class service throughout San Diego with an emphasis in the North County area. I look forward to getting the opportunity to speak with you about your real estate goals and provide you sound real estate advice.

I started my real estate career as a young savvy investor back in 2000, investing in properties spanning from my home state of Alaska all the way down to sunny Arizona. In 2004 I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Management major and Marketing minor. I became a Realtor® in 2006 serving the Reno/​Lake Tahoe area. In 2011 I expanded my real estate business to the beautiful San Diego County area and now live in Carlsbad, CA.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional — integrity, in-​depth knowledge of the community and local marketplace, proven marketing strategies, effective negotiation skills and a high-​quality professional network, all of which are trademarks of how I work.

In my free time I enjoy golfing, ice hockey, softball, and taking my dog Taz for runs at Tamarack Beach in Carlsbad.

We recently closed on our new condo in Carlsbad. From beginning to end, Sean was top-​notch. Sean was the listing agent on the property, and we did not choose to use our own realtor. He was very helpful throughout the process. We worked together with the seller to find a fair deal for everyone. The communication process was very smooth the entire transaction, he was always quick to respond. He was quick to answer any questions or concerns about the property. Sean recently sold my house in Carlsbad. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the transaction. The whole process was as painless as a real estate transaction can be. Sean has a rare combination of attributes that make him an outstanding agent. Namely, integrity and assertiveness. He never pressured me as a buyer and he was a powerful negotiator on my behalf. Even after my offer was accepted when most agents would tune out– he continued to strongly negotiate on my behalf for extra credits which only marginally benefit him if at all. He found me a better house than I thought I could afford in this market. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
