Very professional. Finished the work in a timely fashion and left the patio spotless.

This company had serviced my deck prior to me buying the house. They sent me a flyer letting me know they had done the work. it was time to refinish it. I called and got a quote. I had some items I needed repaired on the deck as well. I took some pictures and sent them to them. It took several weeks of following up, but they eventually got back to me and said they could do the work and it would be included in the quote I had already gotten. I booked a date a week before I was having a big party. They called me a day prior and asked if they could move the date from Monday to Tuesday and offered me a $ 50 discount. I said no problem and appreciated the concession. Monday night they called and said everyone on their team was sick and they couldn’t come out on Tuesday. I said OK, but I have a big party on Sunday. Can you reschedule before then? They said they would do their best to accommodate me. I never heard from them AGAIN. That was 3 weeks ago. They were always nice when I did reach them, but just seemed too busy to be interested in my business. And this was a $ 900 job! I will find someone who is more reliable.

This company has been maintaining my mangaris decks and gates for 5 years now. They work quickly and efficiently. I live in Palos Verdes, yet they are always here on time, and work a full day. Recently they cleaned and sealed my wood fence around my property. Looks great! The guys were pleasant, on time and cleaned up after themselves each day.
I will continue to use Teak & Deck Professionals gladly!

Teak and Deck Professionals exceeded our expectations! I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.
Adrian, the Office Manager kept us completely updated every step of the process. She emailed to explain that our furniture pieces were two different woods, and would not look the same. (I had no idea — it was all just grey with peeling finishes). They would use the appropriate products for each wood, and although different, each would be beautiful. Our furniture was picked up and delivered exactly as promised.
The crew was worried about the possibility of rain, so they took all of our furniture back to their shop to work on it. Our furniture was in TERRIBLE shape, the wrong product had been applied, parts were cracked and broken. TDP restored everything beautifully — I almost didn’t recognize it as our furniture!
When they brought our furniture back, they replaced it exactly where it had been, and touched up everything on site to be sure that all finishes were perfect. Michael and Jeremy were incredibly polite and a pleasure to work with.
We will use their yearly maintenance every year. I would highly recommend them to friends.

This company (the owner) came to my house to give a bid to refinish my back redwood deck. It was only built 3 years ago. The owner was very nice, professional and explained verbally how they would refinish the deck. Bottom line is they didn’t do they job they quoted, they charged me $ 300 more than they quoted, the entire job needs to be redone, and they have caused 10x the cost of the job in damage to the property because they decided to use chemical stripping agents instead of sanding. The top of the deck was stained and the bottom painted. Seems crazy for them to even attempt to chemically strip the top of the deck w/​out knowing it would damage the paint underneath. Worst of all, they rinsed (does not seem like it would be legal) all of the chemical stripper and material down my drains and when it dried, it turned back into glue and all of the drains under the concrete are now plugged up. 3 plumbers are suggesting we dig up the pipe. The owner has not returned a call or been to the job site since his original bid. The plumbers said there is no way in the world this stuff is allowed down the drain – and these drains go right into the ocean and it says that on them… (we’re 15 blocks from the ocean). This is $ 2000-​$ 20,000 to fix right.
As for their job, it has to be totally redone ($ 3,500) to even the stain and strip everything off again. Additionally, the chemical stripper is peeling off all the deck paint so that has to be stripped and then repainted ($ 1500)
The icing on the cake is they offered a $ 300 discount if I did all the work they were suggesting. I said yes and they still charged me the first price. This is as clear as possible in 10 emails.
I’ve told them all of this in writing as well as my voice mails… not one call back and then they just billed my credit card the remaining amount due.

I have been using these guys for three seasons now on my deck, teak furniture, door and garage door, very easy to work with, flexible timing, professional crew, they have all the tools and offer great suggestions on products to get the look you want; worth the cost to keep my furniture and deck in good shape — much easier and cheaper than having to replace or repair!

I had two chairs in really bad shape. They quoted a price, I said let’s do it. They showed up and then called and took the chairs to their facility. They called and let me know they could still do the work, but the repair would be close to what a new set of chairs would be. THAT WAS AWESOME! Others may have seen $$$ and just did the work. That point alone, I would recommend these guys. Good, honest, really nice and communicative people.

very clean and perfect job!

Teak & Deck Professionals did a great job in restoring our patio furniture. Everything looked like new again. My only complaint was that the crew didn’t clean up very well. I had sawdust from sanding all over my patio and on my window screens. They also left stains from the sealer on my pation concrete and whatever they threw away in my trash cans leaked all over the inside of the cans.

Just received my outdoor end tables back from teak and Deck Pro’s and they look like I just bought them (they are many years old). Not only did the service turn out wonderfully but I got some training on how to care for my teak to get the best long term wear. Drew and Adrian were great to work with.

Teak & Deck Professionals did a great job restoring our old, weathered teak chairs. The wood had aged to a very dull grey and Adrian said they could restore the chairs to the original teak. Adrian and crew were professional, speedy with response and made our chairs look practically new again. The teak frames look great and they even cleaned the canvas material on the sling seats. I can highly recommend Teak & Deck Professionals.

They were very efficient about setting up an appointment. Drew came out to look and the job and talk to my husband. Drew said he would have a quote for us in a couple of days. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I called the receptionist a week or so later asking where our quote was, she said she would call Drew. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. If you are too busy to do a job, or don’t want to for whatever reason, it would have been polite to at least said «we pass on this job».

My husband and I recently renovated our backyard. We had teak furniture that we bought years ago and the furniture had turned grey and looked terrible. The new backyard only made it look worse. We were actually shopping for new furniture when I saw an ad for Teak & Deck Professionals. I called and spoke to Adrian who gave me a lot of helpful information and told me that she was sure that their people could restore our furniture. They came out to our home and renovated out furniture in just one day and they did it in our driveway. The results were unbelievable. We are so glad that we didn’t get rid of the teak furniture. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to breathe new life into their teak furniture. We are going to have them come out every year to touch up our furniture so that it will look spectacular forever!

I have a large ipe deck. I gave 2 stars because I am told ipe is a hard wood to deal with, but Drew knew this going into the job. He said they have worked on ipe before and could do a good job. They first refinished my deck in mid– April. It looked great, but our feet stuck to the surface as we walked. After waiting about a month for it to dry, I asked Drew to come look at it bcs the finish was uneven and still tacky. Eventually they came back and redid it. The finish was nice at first, but tacky, just like before. After a few weeks, it was still tacky, and became uneven. I have phoned and emailed the office asking for someone to come out and fix the finish, but so far no one has come. I am told Drew is on vacation, Drew just came back from vacation, they are very busy. I have been told for several weeks that someone will come, but no one has. I am tired of chasing them. I paid top dollar for this job and didn’t get what I paid for.

Teak & Deck Professionals were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job on my deck. I’m very pleased with Teak & Deck for their price, customer service and results.
