We have been in the construction industry for over 30 years. We have expertise in residential, commercial and REO property. Established in 1992.

Started as Addison’s Wallpaper Removal in 1992. After about a year of contracting we started doing our own drywall/​plaster repair, and painting. We started adding services as our customers needs grow: acoustic removal, skim coating, custom hand tral finishes, textures, wood staining, faux finishing, design work, overlays, etc. Today there is very few projects we can’t accomplish, so visit our web site and look for yourself at just a small sampling of what we have done then give us a call. thank you.

My name is Addison Coggins, Owner of Designs and Applications. I have been contracting in Southern California for over 21 years, in fact I was born and raised in Newport and Huntington Beach. I love OC and the amazing lifestyle that comes with being a part of this great area. I am a single father of an amazing, and beautiful 13 year old little girl. Family is my highest priority in life and I spend much of my free time with them. I am a former Bher technical rep. (studied tested and passed all required test on ALL paints, primers, stains, fauxs, epoxies, etc) On diagnosing problems, corrective steps considering all aspects such as substrates, weather, products, application method, etc. I am also certified with Arinite, TexSton, and Super Krete as a trained applicator of their products. It is a pleasure to work in such a creative industry, and I love the challenge of a new project and making long lasting friends from the clients we serve.
