Katie was super easy to work with during my daughter’s recent wedding. She is very professional but calm and relaxed. Gathering together a large wedding party is a bit like «herding cats», but Katie handled it with a smile and sense of humor. She is also super organized and provided a written time line that let everyone know what to expect. I would recommend KB Events to anyone planning an event.

Katie’s services is a MUST. I cannot rave enough to tell you readers and to-​be-​wed ladies and gentlemen out there how much she is worth every bit of your budget. My husband and I had a traditional Chinese/​American wedding so that meant craziness in every direction; so much that there is barely such a thing of assigned seating or direction. Katie was able to handle all the new culture and traditional activities that came her way. She was firm when she needed to be, punctual with everything that needed to be carried on, personable, and yet, be organized with the whole enchilada. She made sure all of our vendors had a timeline that she comes up with towards the wedding so everyone has no reason to not be on the same page. Katie was able to always make time with her busy schedule to email/​talk/​or meet with us if anything was questionable or needed clarification. Our guests were so mesmerized about how nicely everything flowed that we still get comments about the whole day every time our wedding comes up in a conversation thanks to Katie. She made our wedding once in a lifetime :) From the bottom of our hearts, Thank You Katie!!!

As a photographer, my two most important goals for my bride & groom’s big day is for them to have a wonderful time & of course have the time take wonderful photos for them to remember it by for the rest of their lives. I worked with Katie at a wonderful wedding she coordinated at San Ysidro Ranch. I played the music for the ceremony and reception. One of the first things I noticed is her calmness and sweetness. I could tell she is very knowledgable and simply loves making sure that everything goes perfectly as her and the couple planned. I think she has the perfect combination of passion for what she does, creativity and years of experience, which makes her an outstanding wedding planner!
I could tell the couple was relaxed throughout the whole event. The bride and groom were focused on enjoying their big day, family and friends, while Katie smoothly took care of everything else.

I’ve worked sound for a few weddings and it can be a real pain sometimes if there isn’t a coordinator to direct everything. Working with Katie made it so easy as everything was well organized. The result was a beautiful wedding and fun reception had by all.

Katie did a phenomenal job planning our wedding! She was there every step of the way, always checking-​in to make sure I was going to have the wedding of my dreams! The wedding planning process can be quite overwhelming, but Katie did such an amazing job answering all of my questions and really helped us stay organized and on top of everything, even the tiniest of details! Not only did she answer all of my questions and coordinate everything, but she did it all promptly and with a cheerful smile. I truly appreciated her handling everything the day of the wedding, so I was not stressed at all. All I had to worry about was getting myself ready and enjoying the time before the wedding with my bridesmaids. And of course, everything turned out just the way I had pictured, and I still receive compliments about how nice our wedding was!
