Dr. Tony Phan has been seeing patients in the North Dallas area since 2008. The Plano location is our newest office and we are excited to see everyone soon!

Business Owner

Dr. Tony Phan, born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, received his Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in 2002 from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2008. Dr. Phan is certified in Texas as a Therapeutic Optometrist and an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. Currently, he is practicing as an independent Doctor of Optometry in the Dallas-​Fort Worth area.
