The old lady that works here didnt even let me used a restroom after i bought parts. not going to buy parts here anymore.

Always great service from the staff at this store. Each time I’ve been here one of the staff is helping elder folks change wipers or check something on their car.
Staff is always courteous & asks us if we need help in English or Spanish. lol
Parking: Private lot & street.
Recycling tip: This store recycles oil/​filters so we always bring our containers to discard.
Recycling tip too: In the very back of the lot there is a recycling center for plastic bottles, aluminum cans, & glass.

I went to buy oil and oil filter. When I got to the cash register, the gal behind the counter left and started waiting on two people who just came in. Then, some other people started asking questions and the same gal started chatting with them. I’m guessing that once you got what you want to buy, making you wait can stir up other purchases while you wait. I think not. Once you’re ready to pay, and you’re first in line, you should be served first. I returned the oil and filter and walked out. I am no longer a customer here.

Staff here are extremely friendly and always willing to help. I go here for motorcycle fluids and other maintenance items. Sign up for the rewards card because it’ll help you down the road.
My only problem with O’rilley in general is that their website won’t allow you to browse parts without selecting a vehicle/​year etc… This may be good for people who don’t know much about their cars but for someone like me it is a bit frustrating when you can’t look at all of their products without being restricted.
