Only place I go and I now live in garden grove, I will still stop in here. They still have my business even though it can be inconvenient. I’ll just stop in when I’m working in the area.
Knowledgable staff, they’ll tell you if something won’t work. I’m a car detailer but I’ve found myself painting a fair share of cars in the past 15 years. I’ve been to other supply houses before, but ever since stopping in here about 10 years ago, I haven’t thought about going elsewhere. Last place around that has guys who have actually done a lot of body/​paint to suggest or not suggest certain products. Honest staff, fair prices (paint supplies not cheap anywhere) and they sell the high end stuff, also the more inexpensive stuff that mimics the expensive product, example… Matrix clears. Can’t go wrong here.

These guys are very helpful. I went into their store a few months ago with just a picture of a car that I like the color. They took the time to mix me a custom candy that looked identical to what I was looking for. Good help like this doesn’t come around anymore as often as it used to and these guys definitely know how to treat a customer.

I decided to give Stevenson’s Paint & Supply a visit after a friend of mine recommended the place. I was getting ready to tear down one of my motorcycles and finish all plastic/​carbon fiber/​fiberglass panels with a two stage paint. Although I’ve had a little experience with painting in the past, I had never used a two stage paint system, top feeding gun and never worked on a project where I was looking for show quality results.
When I entered, I was happily greeted by several employee’s. I ended up talking in length with a gentlemen by the name of Matt who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional. He walked me through the whole process of the best methods of painting the 2 stage I had selected, and answered the many questions I had for him. He was patient while I took notes and he really took the time to make sure I understand all the necessary steps. I liked that he was an avid painter himself with plenty of experience.
By the time we had finished talking, I felt confident in taking on this project and getting the quality was looking for. He sold me an entire line of quality products (House of Color) including prep work and finishing items. He gave me a nice discount and encouraged me to call and come back into the store if I have any questions during the project.
Although I have not used the product yet, the brands he sold me all get high reviews online. I encourage anyone who is looking for a local paint supplier to check these guys out, as I think they’ll be happy with the level of customer service, products and pricing.

Great people at this paint shop. There to help me with any questions I need with some repairs that I haven’t gone into great details with (rust repairs). They offer tips on how to get the job done right. And when it comes to paint, they have a great variety of them. They can even make colors you need it spray can form (good use for little projects). And the color matching here is pretty spot on. I ordered one quart of paint by the OEM paint code and for some reason, the color was a lot lighter than the car, so I left them a piece of the car and the made a spot on color match of it for no additional charge. Talk about awesome service! Will always be coming back here for all my paint needs.

Comparable prices, knowledgable staff, friendly environment. They also produce a great product.
Reason of need: Recently I had to paint 2 major parts on my car (fender and bumper) due to a prior bad paint job done by «experts» so I ordered paint online from another company. After three tries to match the paint and sending them parts of my car I gave up. A body shop I called recommended this Stevenson. They match my paint color almost perfect the first time. And I ended up paying the same price as the other company was charging.

Super helpful, good selection, prices are reasonable.
