Called and they came out same day to fix our leaking shower. Very friendly service and even took the time to show me how to fix it if the other shower ever has the same problem. Highly recommend!!!

Isn’t it taxing to call service providers and put your home in their hands?! Cruz was very easy to talk to when I called about my busted water heater. He gave an estimate to install and haul away the old one that was affordable. He came to do the work and did a most excellent job. He let me know of a few snags, nothing major, but I appreciate him letting me know as he went along. Plus I have 2 extremely curious tool junkie preschoolers and Cruz was patient and kind when they wanted to peek. We are relieved to have a plumber we can trust! Thank you Cruz!

Cruz was on time and efficient. I called on a Saturday about a water heater and he was here within 2 hours and got it going again. He left me a handy magnetic business card that I will be using the next time I need a plumber. I highly recommend.

Called late the previous evening, and had an appointment for noon the next day — always nice to not have to wait forever for an appointment. Showed up on-​time, and prepared. We’d been having an issue with poor water flow in our shower, and Cruz quickly confirmed the source of the behavior and addressed it in a timely fashion. Reasonable prices and quick service, and didn’t have to take a whole day off work — works for me!
I hope I don’t need his services again, but alway nice to have somebody you can count on when you need them!

Cruz is the best plumber we have ever used and we have used a lot of plumbers. He thoroughly analyses the situation to make sure he will be fixing the problem and not just a symptom. When he encountered something unusual, he took the time to call the manufacturer’s representatives to get detailed information and have them send replacement parts which were still under warranty, which saved us money. In addition to being very professional, he is considerate and really cares about his customers. My wife and I highly recommend 24 Express Plumbing.
