Urgent Care for Kids

Great place, friendly, reasonably priced, kids friendly, nice and clean… Great staff and great Doctor.

The staff was amazing! My daughter sprained her wrist. On a Friday night about 30 min before they were scheduled to close, they took us in and gave superior treatment and care for my daughter. I knew they were tired but they didn’t treat us like an inconvenience. One point I want to focus on is our doctor… He didn’t treat me as «that mom» bringing her daughter in for a minor issue. He treated me with respect and didn’t act like her sprain was beneath him to treat. Being in the medical field myself, I pay attention to the details and this staff was incredible from the front desk to the nurse and doctor. Thank you so much for making my daughter feel better :)

Took my daughter in the other night she had pink eye pop up out of no where ! Had a great experience. we waited maybe 5 mins and then we’re taken care of. the nurse was sooo sweet my daughter adored him !! Will def be back of we have another after hour emergency. Thanks !

We had our first visit to Urgent Care for Kids last week when our 3 year old had a 102 fever. The customer service experience from the front desk to Dr. was fantastic! They were so good with our daughter and the popsicle they gave her made everything better! They were thorough in explaining what they were doing, how long it would take and they answered all our questions.
Not only is the location great, but the staff and experience was as well! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Been here twice. Not impressed. The front desk guy is SUPER nice but both times we came here the other staff are clueless. The first time they told us my daughter (12 months old) had a bad ear infection and put us on amoxicillin. Took her into our regular pedi the very next day to follow up and they said she did not have an ear infection at all, but that it was hand foot mouth. Took her again yesterday (now 14 months old) and told us she had no ear infection and that she wasn’t getting better (103 temp consistently) bc I was not dosing her correctly with Tylenol and Advil – which I was and verified this with my pedi today. Not hard to read a label on a box. My pedi today said she has a double ear infection with discharge in one ear and also sinusitis. Both times the diagnosis from Urgent Care Kids doctors has been completely wrong and opposite of what my normal pedi has said. I will never go here again – such a waste of time and money. The only saving grace for this place is the guy at the front desk.

This is by far the best urgent care I have ever been to! I have six kids so you can imagine how many times I have had to go to one! From the front desk the man was very friendly and got us in right away the nurse was awesome and so personable. To the lovely practitioner she was awesome
. They all seem to care! Thank you thank you! Y’all are doing a awesome job and we appreciate y’all! I will definitely recommend this urgent care to everyone

Quick & very efficient physician and staff — convenient location!
I took my 12-​year-​old boy to have his ear wax removed lately. He was really nervous about having equipment put in his ear. Dr. Peterson was so patient and very accommodating and tried everything possible to help him feel more comfortable. My son was laughing the entire duration of his visit even though you are at the doctor! I really enjoyed the great patient service. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Atmosphere was tidy and clean. The wait time was minimal. Overall, very impressive, I will highly recommend to others!
